Shish Kabob must be one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. The chef Ali prepares his food with such time and care, and it comes through in the incredible flavors which are both intense and subtle. The Kabobs are incredible (obviously). I had the lamb personally, but I saw the chicken prepared as well and it was so succulent and flavorful. On top of that, their hummus and grape leaves are to die for. If I could give this place a 10, I would. The food is not only authentic and homemade, it is of the highest gourmet quality, and perfectly cooked. The seasonings are both subtle and flavorful. I hesitant to comment on "service" because it feels more like being served by family than by a restaurant. I spent two years in Iran and I miss the food. FINALLY there is a place nearby to satisfy my cravings. Excellent!!!
