I live right around the corner from this place and I have never once seen it actually open. I've stopped by there several times at different times but it's always locked up tight and dark. I don't understand it. I think I live in another time dimension because people are still saying it's open.

I am very upset with the fact that I was charged fir 3 footings, 3 bags if chips and 6 macadamia cookies and received no chips or cookies. Upon trying to call them I get no answer at all. I want to be reimbursed for what I didn't get. Calling my bank to stop payment.
I love eating subway. Ordered from the Fountain St. location twice. The first time was great. However, the second time, when I had my order delivered, I was missing 3 cookies and 3 bags of chips that I paid for through the Subway app. All that was delivered to me were the 3 sandwiches that I ordered. This is not the first time that I have experienced something like this with a Subway restaurant. Not sure if I will place orders through the app any time in the future for me and my family. Not being able to always get out to pick up the takeout my family relies on delivery since my uncle, and I do not drive, and my mother has a hard time seeing in the dark to drive at night.
