I discovered this food truck during RI Food Fights: Taco Mania. We drove by it by accident the first time and had to park up the street, but there is some parking right behind the truck. The man who owns it, Danny, was super friendly and the customer service is top tier. The food is also delicious so all around I would say you need to add this to your list of places to check out. They have only been open for a few months and I just saw that new items are being added to the menu. I can't wait to see what they grow into as they stick around for a while.

I went to Taco 'n Madre as part of Rhode Island food fights. It's a little booth in the parking lot of a car detailing shop. There was some parking in front of that shop. I got a steak and pork taco, as well as a chorizo quesadilla. All of it was very good. I thought the pork taco was a little better flavor wise, and the non meat toppings were the same for both. The quesadilla was pretty greasy, but in a nice way. All three items were pretty protein heavy. The man working at the stand was very friendly and spoke English and Spanish. He got the food ready in under 10 minutes and packed it up well for takeout. There isn't a place to eat on sight, but everything was still delicious when we got home.

New Food Truck type spot that we discovered through Tacomania. It's a walk up and order type place and there are no seating options, so it's always provided in to-go options. Their menu contains tacos, quesadillas, tortea and a special taco deal. We both got steak and pork tacos for Tacomania, both of which were a little greasy, but came with this delicious jalapeño sauce that gave a much needed kick. I also got a carnitas quesadilla. It came with some white sauce that didn't add much flavor or texture to the food. Both quesadillas were rich, greasy and absolutely delicious. This place is a promising start up little business but could find a better location than the parking lot of an auto body shop on Roosevelt Avenue.

Very good tacos de chorizo and tortas de carnitas .good price for quality food ..eat here in my car it was convenient because we end up ordering more tacos and eating them at my car ..I wish some hot drink like atole o hot chocolate but a coke is good for the abanero hot sauce..

Delicious. Like so so so good. Small space to eat out front. Had the gyro, steak, and chorizo, thought the gyro was unique and really great.Chefs were super nice and cared a lot about what they were making and our experience enjoying what they cooked up. Fantastic!!
Absolutely fantastic tacos. The staff were super friendly, the young man working walked my food to my car while I was crutching around.
Tacos were unreal! I wish I had gotten 2 more. Ample portions and fantastic seasoning. Thank you very much! Will be back soon.

I get charged 3 dollars for 4 extra small sauce because it’s To go but when I sit down and eat there and use all the sauce I want it’s free ? When la herradura, Tuxpan, tacos don nacho gives you all the sauce you want for free ?
