I forgot to write a review but the food was delicious, everyone enjoyed it and thank you for cooking for my wedding. Me and my husband are really grateful for it , I would recommend for catering for any events. It will be 2 years for me and my husband and so thank you ?

The food was amazing! Authentic and fresh. I saw the place online close to my family's house I was visiting from VA. The simple setting and no wait for service was deceptive...a hidden treasure. We will definitely be back.

My friend found a cockroach in his coffee. They tried to tell him it wasn't there when they served it? they didn't even offer an apology or a discount or anything. They are a disgrace to Portuguese culture which is clean and friendly?

Since I moved to RI I've been dying to find a delicious Portuguese restaurant thank God I found Tugas. They have the best mouth watering steak in this banging plate I haven't had since I was a teenager in New Bedford. Will be my new go to spot.Parking: It's a big open parking areaWheelchair accessibility: There is a cement ramp that starts next to the parking lot up the side of the restaurant right up to the doors. Easy access ♿

Friendly staff. More of a bar and less of a restaurant the meals (bacalhau a braz, bacalhau gomes sa, and bife a casa) were ok.... but just ok.

The place is not fancy but our meals have always been excellent. The Portuguese steak and hand cut potatoes can't be beat. I've also enjoyed the shrimp Mozambique. It came with a wonderful sauce on a very generous number of good sized shrimp.
