Drove from Massachusetts South Coast to shop at Whole Foods on Providence. We have always loved their food quality. Splurged and bought shrimp, also some Korean meatballs, curried chicken salad, and ministrone soup. The shrimp were disappointing with poor flavor. The meatballs had a spicy aftertaste, but little other flavor at all. We threw them away. The chicken salad had more veggies than chicken and was full of sugar. Terrible. Pitched that too. We were so hungry, that we ate the soup, but it wasn't good. If we didn't live so far from the store we would have brought it all back. We are done with Whole Foods. What a shame that Amazon ruined such a great store.

We used to be regular shoppers at Whole Foods and still wish we could. However, since Amazon purchased and made available online shopping the experience is unbearable. Arguably shopping here is the single worst experience of any retail store we have used. The store is full of hired shoppers clogging aisles and making the entire experience horrible. To make matters worse, the increased volume requires that the shelves be constantly restocked which adds even more people and delays. It is a shame that this once-great store has tuned into a nightmare.

This is the Whole Foods I do my weekly shopping in. Normally I enjoyed shopping here but as of late it's become bothersome. The wait lines to check out have grown longer than TSA lines at the airports. I still like the meats, produce, cheese and other selections. I don't care that they were acquired by Amazon and I don't care how much they charge for certain products. What's drawing my away is waiting sometimes 20 to 30 minutes and it's not only because they have a few people upfront, those who do work upfront work at a snails pace. Whole Foods you haven't lost me yet, but if this business continues it downward trend I will be going elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs! 7:30 on a Wednesday night and most of the aisles are jammed with order pickers and angry-looking customers waiting to check out. The checkout lines stretch all the way to the back of the store. Seems like only two or three registers are open.

The lines have gotten incredibly long and there's no excuse for that--they need more people working at the checkout counter. To save a few pennies they make us all wait and then they start losing customers.

I had to order the cashier to wear her mask correctly and she sneered at me as a Black customer. Additionally, I was given low quality customer service in comparison to the white woman who was in front of me.

The shopping experience is awful since amazon took over. The fact that people can order groceries online is great, but the grocery store became an amazon fulfillment center with kids picking and packing online orders all over the place. You can't even walk. As much as I wanted to love ordering my groceries online, produce is something I rather pick myself as well as flowers and meats. How about you have warehouse spaces dedicated to fulfilling online orders instead of this mess at your grocery stores?

My goal is not only to write reviews about the 500 Whole Foods locations in the world, but to try the Allegro coffee at each one of them. I have tried maybe 50 locations so far in my history in the US and Canada. This one looks nice from outside, but it's so packed inside. It makes it so hard to be COVID-compliant. Not sure if people liked to touch me here or the hallways are so narrow. We struggled to keep our distance. The best about this location was the fresh flowers and the seafood. Kudos to the seafood section because I saw one of my favorite fish, grouper! All groupers were gone when we visited again. Due to stupid COVID, they closed their Allegro coffee bar, so I didn't get to try their hot coffee as usual. I bought Hario coffee filters which was great to find.

Best Whole Foods in Maryland! Possibly the best Whole Foods in the US! When my bank account can support it I love to go see what special dinners they have hot & ready. It really makes for a stress free dinner. Baked Chicken or the Sweet Chili Chicken Wings are my go to!

The University Heights Whole Foods is much less than it used to be--jammed and often without stock. Restocking and staff and shoppers filling the Amazon 2 hour orders seriously aggravate in-store congestion while remaining considerate and polite. The message to shoppers seems to be "go away". Parking was always a hassle. Now shopping is. Amazon, you seem to have broken what used to work. Time to find a new grocery store.

The store has gone downhill since Amazon bought in. There seem to be chronic out of stocks in the produce section The store has become cluttered with order pickers, who block aisles

Am I the only one wondering what the hell happened to the Whole Foods we all knew and loved? We stopped by to grab some flowers or even a fun plant as a hostess gift for a dinner we were on our way to and well, it looked like the floral department hadn't been restocked in 2 weeks... Come on WFM, we could always rely on you for at least one of the best floral selections around. We literally looked at what they had and it honestly only made us laugh. We grabbed what would be the least offensive thing to bring and apologized as we handed them over lol. Order some damn flowers, Shame on you!

Huge fan of Whole Foods. I have been for years, but something needs to be done about all the Prime Delivery shoppers aimlessly staring at their phones in the middle of every aisle. I know it's a wonderful service to offer but there has to be a better way. Clueless shoppers blocking entire sections with their brown paper bag filled carts staring at their phones with zero regard for other shoppers doesn't work.

I can't believe the number of items that I've bought here for years and depend on. But now you don't carry them. You're trying your best to force me into NOT SHOPPING here anymore! Why did you discontinue Olbas Herbal Tea???????

I was treated badly by customer service employee Mary, I just wanted to return two items, a $1.50 in bananas and a jar of shower gel for $3.95. I was told without a receipt I cannot exchange or return anything, my receipt was at my house 10 miles away, she informed me that her boss Matt C. (Store manager) would not help me either, satisfaction guaranteed is not at the store, buyer beware... Since Amazon bought this establishment customer service, prices and employee attitudes have not been satisfactory, shop there at your own risk.
