Terrible. Overpriced, flavorless, and on top of that which is worst...really rude service. Even 1 out of 3 of these would be okay and worth another try, maybe a bad day, but all 3... don’t waste your money.

Angkor is an amazing piece of Providence history. It's been going for like 20+ years, it's owned by a spirited, hardworking family lead by a great man who has a cheerful demeanor and and a warm presence. The food is incredible too. I'm a fan of the Pad Thai even if it is seemingly to ones taste Either way the menu is filled the brim with good options, especially the medicinal soup. Come try it for your yourself! Be quick though, don't miss out while Angkor is still here.

I'll disagree with some other reviewers to say -- no, pad thai should not be a "staple" of any Thai restaurant and if "they've messed up pad thai, they've messed up the rest of the menu." In Thailand, pad thai isn't even an option on the menu. If you want a true Thai experience, you may want to do any sort of elementary research on pad thai's origins. Either way, I came to Angkor Restaurant for their medicinal soup and their medicinal soup only. It is the perfect balance of sweet, salty, tangy, and spicy. Like nothing I've ever had before. Strange? Yes. Interesting? Absolutely. But tasty nonetheless. It made me a little dizzy but I'm going to attribute that to the variety of spices??? I hope I can attribute it to that. A large soup and a small side of rice is more than enough for one person and just a tad over $10. The chive dumplings are quite different than normal dumplings/potstickers/gyoza. They are gooey and almost a mochi-like consistency. Not really up my alley. While I enjoyed my first experience at Angkor Restaurant, I'm not sure if I will be dying to come back in the near future.

If you like good food and giving your money to good people this is it. The owner is solid and so is the food. Enuf said. Try it and wonder why you went anywhere else.

Taste buds, rejoice!!! The Nam Yaa should really be called Love Soup because that's what comes through in every precious spoonful. A delicate and perfect balance of sweet and heat, the ambrosial broth grabs you by the heart, hugs you, and warms your soul to its core. My husband and I ordered this soup of the gods via delivery tonight and everything was exquisitely prepared, from the perfectly steamed vegetables to the tender pieces of chicken (no icky bites here!) to the noodletastic noodles, it was a bonafide masterpiece, folks. We could barely manage speaking to each other, just locking eyes and fervently nodding with approval every so often amidst our symphony of loud slurping and clanking spoons. Then there was the bubble tea. Oh, and the chive dumplings...and resounding squeals of glee. Did I mention how they brilliantly placed cardboard in the bottom of the bag to prevent spillage? Super snuggy and most appreciated. Angkor has two new lifelong fans/customers and we haven't even stepped foot in the door.

Honestly very frustrating to taste a big clump of noodles with one single shrimp and a few strands of mung bean. Boiling noodles is a single process , however that alone does not make noodles a "pad Thai". Every place serving pad Thai in their restaurant should know that if you've messed up on the pad Thai, you're basically indicating that the rest of the menu is also messed up as well because Pad Thai is a CLASSIC and you can't mess up on a classic.

Best part about our meal was the fried dumplings. Pad Thai should be a staple for any good Thai restaurant, but their dish was subpar. All noodles, no vegetables, and tiny pieces of meat had a strange sour note that was unrecognizable. Overall, terrible Pad Thai. Their wings, bubble tea, and fried dumplings were decent, but not enough to recommend going back for.

The medicinal soup is the best soup I've ever had, and I'm obsessed with the street noodles. Everyone that works there is very nice.

Best Cambodian food in the area! In my opinion, the best thing on the menu is the nam yaa soup which is what they are known for. It's a small place and usually closed during the summer. Call ahead to make sure it is open.
