Nope. Bagels were just very dry bread. Go to CAFE-SUCH-A-BAGEL instead!!!

There were only two of us in the meeting at store at the time. There appeared to be 5-6 employees. I ordered two pumpernickel and four spinach bagels based on availability. I got four spinach and TWO POPPYSEED. Maybe if she had listened to me instead of chatting she would have gotten it right.

Prices seem very fair, service is usually quick, and the food is good quality.

Smacks just as hard as the other locations. They dont skimp on the schmear either.

Tried going to this location, and it's not openThere is one on Thayer street. Does this place have operation hours?

This place came highly recommended by co-workers, and I'm glad I tried it! I got a breakfast burrito and it was very tasty. The mild salsa was actually fairly spicy so I'm glad I opted for the mild :) It's recommended to use their app to order in advance because sometimes they get very busy. I will definitely be back!

40 dollars for 4 bagels...not worth the price. In fact it's steeling!!! that explains why there is no price on their online menu ?

Breakfast burrito wasn't that good my buddy and I both got one with bacon in them, beans were hard and cold didn't even taste like they were cooked. For the price of this place ( paid 18 dollars for a small burrito and nesquick ) I was not impressed at all.

I mistakenly ended up here looking for Bagel Gormet Ole on Thayer. It was a mistake coming here. First a witnessed the man behind the counter 3/10/23 drop a bagel on the floor in front of me. Pick it up with his bare hands and throws it in the trash. Never washes his hands and went trait to finishing making someone's food. Second, the quality of the bagels were not there...my bagel was beyond hard (un toasted). I ordered a 1/2 dozen bagels so I could have some the next day. Less than 24 hrs later they were twice as hard. I paid $15+ for a half dozen bagels, one with cream cheese, and a juice. What a ripoff. Stay away from this place.

Never go to the Richmond street location the man marcel is rude every time. Not to mention when I asked for his manager he put the manager “marcelino” on the phone so yeah (: the Thayer street location is fine, I go to meeting street. Never had a problem with meeting street until they did recently give me my breakfast bagel with visibly rotten avocado :(it was literally black) the women said that it was the best one they had but truthfully I’d rather take no avocado than a rotten one so I don’t understand the logic… anyways they refunded me & that’s my experience

I have been going to Bagel Gourmet for the breakfast burritos for years. The salsa is what sets them apart from anywhere else.

Foods alright. The guy at the front counter is a dick doesn't want to help you out and always expects people to download and use the app to order.

Their bagels are fair but the real standout is their burritos. I had a chicken burrito with everything and their hot salsa. It was beyond amazing. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned. The vegetables crunchy and fresh. There is no better burritos in ri/ma (trust me... we constantly look)

No matter which Bagel Gourmet location you visit, the food is tasty and consistent. Breakfast burritos are awesome!! The down side to this location is they are bound by Brown University COVID rules because they are technically in the Med School building... Still an easy 5 stars!

The food here is really good quality and it seems like everything is made-to-order / as fresh as possible. Not the politest service, but I think that has the most to do with space and wanting people in and out ASAP. A little pricey (even with the quality), but I'd go back (as more of a 'treat' breakfast/lunch than a regular every morning stop).
