Burger king in Roslindale is sooo slow now! Prices went up but they never have enough staff. I have lived around the corner for 20 years and the last 5 after the manager Carlos left it just went downhill! I walked in the restaurant around 3:30 pm I was the only one in the dining area. Three staff people saw me. Not one of them greeted me, no Hello, no May I help you. I stood in front of the counter for a bit while these 3 people did their thing, getting stuff for the drive thru people, but again, no "I'll be right with you". I have not been to this Burger King often, but every time I have been there, I always get the impression that the person behind the counter has better things to do than take my order. In actuality, they don't—at least when they're at work. The customer should come first, period.
