Awful experience,Went on drive through, ordered 2 candied bacon whopper, I spoke loud and clear and the girl seemed not understand, I had to repeat 3 times, went to the pay window, paid $19.63,was told to go to the next window and wait for the food, the wait wasn't long, the problem was that only came 2 sandwiches, I asked the employee where was the rest of the meal and he said that we only paid for 2 sandwiches, I said that no,I said about 3 times that I wanted the meal, he went inside to speak with someone and came back and told us we would have to order again, I was upset so I told him that I didn't want the food anymore and I wanted a refund, and all they did was giving me a costumer service card to call and request the refund, that's crazy, like they should be focused on what they doing and leave the talk and laughing between employees out of the work place, cause believe or not this affects the costumer service, very disappointing

Love the morning breakfast biscuits wish more Burger Kings would cook them consistently some are very doughy and undercooked most are golden brown and very yummy a good deal bacon egg and cheese golden brown
