i order a beacon king meal，after 10mins ，they confirm my order ，and give me a small cheese burger，it was not busy at all。i find out when i get home。OK，bye-bye，burger king

I drove up and the place was empty. That should have been my first warning. I go through the drive way and order lunch for my family. My daughter and my son's meals turn out fine, but mine was terrible I ordered an original chicken sandwich meal with a Dr Pepper. I take a sip of my drink as soon as I get it and noticed that it was coke and not Dr Pepper (which is no big deal, just a small mistake) so I hand it back to the girl and she gives me the proper drink. Thinking everything else is fine I drive away. I don't even get out of the parking lot and I realize that my chicken sandwich isn't there but they gave me chicken fries instead. So I turned around and went into the restaurant. I go inside and I am the only one in the restaurant, even still I had to wait 10 minutes to talk to someone. The service there is terrible. Someone should not have to wait ten minutes to be see in an empty restaurant. I am never coming back here and I am very displeased with the service in this establishment.

600 Taunton Ave I ordered the family bundle a cheese burger plain and a large order of onion ring it came out to 23.72 a guy took my order and they told me to park on the side so I did and a young female came out with my food I live in Warwick 30 min away I work in east providence so I got of work at 6:30pm drove to this location and waited 18 mins so decided to go to this location 600 Taunton Ave and I'm disappointed that I didn't get my onion rings

I had a 1/4 pounder with cheese Wednesday evening and it was terrible. Might possibly been ok if it was freshly cooked. At least McDonald’s are freshly cooked. 1 - 1/4 pounder with cheese and 1 large coke for $10.00? I feel that I was ripped off and I will never go back to that location again.

I went to this Burger King yesterday they charged me $13 for a combo meal they gave me 2 halfs of a tomato 2 pieces of lettuce for pickles and 2 slices of Onion for $13 I actually called corporate office while I was sitting There the kid that was making the sandwiches needs to be fired in so does the manager
I do not expect much from burger king as i know its fast food but today I ordered a plan hamburger probably the easiest thing to make but in my wrapper which was actually labelled correctly as plain was a cheeseburger with everything on it. Seriously? They went out of there way and wasted product to get my order wrong. Please work on your quality control.

This Burger King has been here forever. Very average. Always feels a bit dirty walking into this location. The bathroom proves that point. However you can't expect much from a Burger King. The food is decent for what it is. You'll also get your run of the mill average employees who don't really look like they want to be there. I rate this place right down the middle. It is what it is. A Burger King.
