Used to be delicious when it was by chloe. After the rebrand everything is worse. quality of customer service is really not good, quality of the food is way worse, everything. very sad.

Decent food but ordered delivery spinach artichoke dip from Thayer location and received a bag of crumbs. Literally like someone stepped on it. I emailed them and they said they will make sure they don't do it again but did nothing to rectify the situation. So i thought I would share.

Best vegan chili ever!!!!Stumbled across this place while strolling Thayer Street on a visit to Providence. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, cool interior, and the server was resourceful and funny. The drink was very basic. We had the golden green salad, chili, 50/50 fries, chocolate chip cookie, sprinkle cookie, and tea/lemonade.Definitely would eat here again - especially the chili and beet ketchup! ?Vegetarian options: 100% vegan menu

My friend and I recently got takeout from Beatnic and the food was excellent! We will definitely order again!

Great vegan food and nice ingredients. My only two complaints are price and quality. For price I have observed expensive vegan restaurant prices and while the food was great the portions were very small. 15 dollars for the sandwich/burger itself that is vegan may seem reasonable to some but the actually quantity of food you receive should put everything in at a cheaper price point. The second small critique is the French fries were cold and fairly stale when we received them. I realize they may have been using older fries from the lunch rush and only had the fries under a warming light available and were thus not fresh when we got there at 1:30 but they were nearly cold when we ate them. All in all the ingredients themselves were great and the atomosphere inside was fun and there were creative flavors like the crispy mushroom bacon but the high prices paired with the smaller portions was the primary factor in me not reviewing them higher. I likely won't return again and will instead seek other vegan options nearby.

I love this place and have been going since it was By.Chloe. The salads are SO good - and a really good size. I don’t usually order salads anywhere, but they really are GREAT here. The mac and cheeze might just be my favorite mac n cheeze. Buffalo cauli poppers are also really good.Usually get take-out and service is very quick. I’ve never had a bad experience there. Also the rewards program is good. Not sure why there aren’t more positive reviews; I’m so glad to have a quick, decently priced vegan spot nearby.

I love Beatnic. I took my sister, nieces, and a friend who are not vegan and they loved the food and atmosphere.

Good clean food. Cafe like set up. I got the Kale Salad with 50/50 sweet potato & regular fries & a lemonade. We enjoyed the food. Service was polite. Will probably return.

I'll note this place is Vegan Grubhub doesn't make that super clear. I wasn't a huge fan of the Lobstah Roll Salads were good though Fries were floppy and cold.

Got the falafel wrap and it was worth the wait! Wow. Crunchy, savory, little kick of spicy. Light on the stomach. Very well crafted recipe. Will definitely Be back.

For a quick and easy vegan meal, or even snack, this place is a must-go-to for all who appreciate vegan cuisine. We had both the 'The Big Dill' and the 'Burrata Bliss'. The burrata bliss had enough food for two people as the salad lettuce was nice and crispy while the other ingredients provided a perfect blend veggies and fruit with chips. Both the burger and the air baked fries were delicious from the big dill were excellent! They seem to have a nice and complete menu for anyone wanting a quick vegan fix. Bravo!!

My first time to eat vegan food. Tastes so good, but I don’t think it’s healthier than the meals with meat.

Went for an early lunch. I was the first customer of the day. The 2 ladies at the counter were nice. I had the cauliflower buffalo bites and falafel with tamarind sauce. Both were very fresh and tasty. I also had the pomegranate lemonade which was a nice option. I love the large window on the street where you can enjoy the view and sun. I'll be back for sure. I would give 5 stars - except I like seating that is more comfy.

You can rebrand all you want but when you opened and wouldn’t take our cash you lost business and respect. In a restaurant industry state, where most of us carry and spend cash, (because that’s how we are paid) deciding to not take the most universal form of currency was idiotic and elitist. They alienated so many people the moment they opened their doors. And those of us wanting to try the new vegan place soon discovered the food is mediocre at best. SO many phenomenal, inclusive, vegan friendly options in RI you should support instead.

By chloe rebrand, I've only done take-out and delivery since the name change so I can't speak to the place itself. It's a quick vegan option. I've gotten their mac and cheese, fries, tempeh sandwich, burger and dessert before. Their pound cake is really dry. Food is okay, there is nothing that I love, and nothing that really stands out to me.
