Surprisingly not only the worst experience that I had on federal hill, but one of the worst experiences in general. The coffee and pastry was VERY expensive and not worth a cent. The owner told us they made the canolis fresh everyday. Biting into it was like biting into a flavorless taco shell with whip cream inside. Seriously, not sure if they even know what a canoli is. The coffee tasted like it was from the dollar store. Not to be too critical, but the woman working was dressed like she was a cocktail waitress in a strippers club. I wont go into details, but what she was wearing wasnt friendly or welcoming for a supposed upscale place on federal hill. She didnt really seem to know what she was doing either as far as making the coffees. It was painful to watch and took far longer than it should have. And they only take cash, but there's no sign on the outside OR inside of the building that says cash only. But they conveiently have an ATM there with a 5$ transaction fee. We didnt even finish our coffee and pastries, we went to dunkin. Yes, Dunkin had better coffee and desert than this place. Not to mention it was cheaper and they were friendlier.

The bartender is super cool and makes great conversation. He made the most amazing espresso martinis!! I will literally come here every weekend with my friend to drink these amazing martinis. They aren’t too sweet and made with legit espresso. Also, they have a juke box and lots of cigars to buy so you can get swanky if you want.

Love Pazzo. People who work here are always nice to me. I will choose it if I am in the area. There are many good places in Providence, and Cafe Pazzo is one of them.

Nice quiet place to enjoy yourself a cappuccino and a cannoli old-school style
cafe food and service here is above par. Filled me up. I will probably become a regular. The bill was fair for the quality of the food.

I had the unfortunate time walking past the cafe and seeing an assault being committed. When I tried talking to management I was told they would handle it internally. This violation of civil liberties by management is shameful. The correct of dealing with any scenario in bar should not resort to violence, especially when the individual had already exited the cafe. Local police should have been called. Assault is never okay.
Very nice, all around
