This is unbelievable!! Paid $65 to get a messed up order raw food and charged for hot sauce. I ordered a monster burrito with no lettuce and extra onions inside….i get a cold burrito with lettuce and grilled onions on the side. I ordered 2 enchilada burritos with guac inside…I get to enchilada burritos with guac on the side and no rice or beans. I order 5 steak tacos..1 tacos barely has any meat on it.. then I find a raw piece of meat in my order! WTH!! Some serious training needs to happen here! Unacceptable

Don't really write a lot of reviews here. Writing this so hopefully the management sees it.I usually come here three times a week. Two times minimum. About 3 weeks ago I ordered six tacos with cheese. They didn't come with cheese. No big deal. Next time I called to order I explain to them that the previous order didn't have cheese and was wondering if they could just give me the cheeze for free this time, they said no. Okay, whatever.2 weeks later, probably 10 orders later, I order six tacos with cheese and a mountain dew. I get my tacos but I don't get my soda. Partially my fault, I should have thought about it before I left.The following day I put in a $50 order. When I go to pick it up I explain to the woman that yesterday I didn't get my soda with my six tacos. Here's the credit card I paid with it for, can I get my soda? She so she has to call her manager. I say okay. She calls, they don't answer. She will not give me my soda. I leave.I own a small business so I understand that people are always trying to put an angle on you for free whatever. In this case I had just made a pretty large order considering their menu prices. Came in with a story about a missing soda and had the card that purchased the soda to hand to the woman working the register. Would somebody go through all that for a free can of mountain dew?The food's great but they lost me as a customer forever over $3 in cheese and a $1 can of mountain dew. What are you guys doing over there?

Use to go on a weekly basis, and I thought service and food use to be really good. Over the last couple months it’s really gone downhill food wise, but I think the customer service cemented my last trip. I made an order that included a shredded chicken burrito a few weeks ago, and the girl at the counter even confirmed my order once I got there. I got home and it was a grilled chicken and steak burrito. I don’t really eat meat that much, but every time I get their veggie burrito it’s disappointing, shredded chicken is my next option, so for there to be also be steak, I knew I wasn’t going to eat it. I called and all she offered was to check in and tell the chef that it was wrong…. I don’t know what that was suppose to do for me, but I wasn’t offered a refund, and was not offered a correct burrito ( least that they could’ve been done). Business’ should really care more about their customers now a days because I still got a refund through my bank ( and I could have gotten the whole refund back, but decided to only deduct half). Overall was disappointed with how everything was so treated so nonchalant , and probably won’t be eating at this location for a while.

told them i'm allergic to jalapeño and i hey had it in the food and on the side paid so much money for a plate of food i had to throw away try calling 3 times no one picked up
ordered at 11:05 was told 20 mins, food didnt come out the kitchen till 12:10. Give correct estimates or don't guess.

Went on for take out. They have no menus, no menu board. I ask for a menu and I'm told due to covid we don't use menus. Covid has been over for 2 yrs. What a joke of a taco place.

Bad experience I recommend you don't come here I was a new customer first time i came and the cashier was rude and impatient the food taste good but the serving size of meat in the tacos is not worth the price

Ordered two steak burritos with everything but instead got two burritos with just cheese, lettuce & rice. They did replaced them and gave us two Jarritos, but not before asking us to bring back our burritos so they could open then in front of us to confirm.
