A nice tucked away fusion restaurant with amazing flavors. If there’s one thing I recommend it is definitely the Brussels sprouts. The crispy texture with jam packed Asian soy flavor easily makes it THE best sprouts I’ve had. While the chicken wings were crispy, I didn’t find anything unique about it. If you go to Champa, you're going for the food. The space is tiny, they take no reservations, they don't have a liquor license, and they don't allow BYOB. Having said that, the dishes we had were outstanding. We had the Khao Soi and Lad nar. Absolutely delicious. I would go back, but I would definitely go early. By 630, there were several people standing in the middle of the restaurant waiting for tables to open up.
