This was my son & my last stop of our 11 states in 11 days trip, so I'm focused on judging fairly. The food was good, but a little expensive for the portion size. Staff was pleasant, but it took a while to get acknowledged; but great news there were games near our table, so it was easy to keep my son occupied until we could order. I almost want to give it a 3 because of the game quality selection and the prices per game. I took advantage of the best value package which was over $100 and we blew through it so fast without what I felt like was quality games the the VRs which we completely avoided due to price. We just came from Wisconsin Dells waterpark with arcade and the value per swipe was way more reasonable. This place has potential and they should be busier. I suggest lowering your game prices and sales will go up by more volume at the door. Good luck. P.S. get some quality pinball machines, not a dead game.

Took over 25 minutes to get our drinks.Did not get what we ordered.Cheesesteak had barely any meat in it, only filled half the roll it was on.

A good place, first of all, I don't speak English and I had a very understanding young man, not knowing Spanish, and with my autistic son, he helped me with a lot of love and patience, excellent service. Went there, and some games had issues. One game was tomb raider, which one of the controllers didn't work the majority of the game. The one being the yellow remote showed up as blue on the screen. Both of these controls are the ones to the left. Then I played basketball on the one on the far left , and the basketballs never returned to throw again, and I was only able to shoot each ball once. I tried another basketball machine, and it worked as it's supposed to. I tried getting a workers attention, but every time I tried, they'd walk faster or ignore me.

The play floor was clean, food was decent. Very friendly waiter, we actually sat down to eat. Only issue was I have twins 2 years old, and the baby changer table in the bathroom was taped up with silver tape and was broken off the hinges so it was terribly awful trying to change the twins diapers standing up.
The drinks were delicious, food was pretty tasty. Service was great. Will definitely come back. DAVE AND BUSTER'S is stepping up in the food game.
