By far the worst DD ever. I get ice Cappuccino that is a blended drink. The person picking it up tells them again and they still give it to me not blended. This is not hard. That is an $6 drink. I am done.

This dumkin has the most diverse crowd in one tiny building. All walks of life pass each other thru here. Great place to people watch lol

Will never come back... The service was fast but NOT friendly. The guy working seemed very grumpy and did not want to talk to us. I said "hi" and "thank you" and he ignored me both times. Maybe he was having a bad day but it was rude nonetheless, and I felt uncomfortable. I ordered an iced matcha latte; Dunkin' always has good prices for the serving size. The medium came in a large cup, and it was inexpensive as always. However, my first sip into it, I got a large clump of matcha powder. The bottom of the cup was an accumulation of the matcha powder; it was not mixed at all. The taste was still not bad, but I really will not come back again. The ambiance inside was a bit stiff, as the staff seemed annoyed. I do not want to risk choking on matcha powder, so I'll get my matcha elsewhere. Please, just get your latte somewhere else.
