Every time I go out I never leave reviews about anywhere but I can honestly say out of all the Dunkin in the providence area this has to be the best one so far!!! Every time I visit someone remembers my order it’s just perfect accuracy you don’t find that a lot anywhere. The workers are always running around working hard and the manager is really good at his job the place is always spotless always has the people cleaning I just love this location !!!!!

Normally I have no issues with this location. However, There was something floating in my coffee. I brought it back. She pours me another cup, Opens drive thru window and Says "I did not see anything in the first cup", hands Me a cup and reassures me this is a new cup. (A fresh pot)Then continues to tell me how wrong I am. By saying "but I did not see anything in the first cup"I ended up giving the coffee away.coffee. Her antics was questionable.

Worst experience ever ! I went Sunday afternoon around 7:30pm bought a hot coffee through drive through. I told the guy that it was super cold. He told me he couldn’t remake it because he was getting ready to close. So I asked for my money back and refused to refund me because he said the manager wasn’t around I tried calling the next day all day to talk to the manager. And the line was busyNever again !
This Dunkin is the best one hands down. Ask the employees remember my order Abby’s are always fast , friendly, abs I hardly have to ask for any of my items or extras they know me so well. Management is excellent they’re so efficient and about the job it took me years to find out Lisa and Kristine are sisters!

This place just burnt my bagel and didn’t hand me a spreading knife through drive thru. I’m pregnant and had to drive 30 min to work with no breakfast only to find out it was too burnt to eat lol I’m sad

11/13/2022It says closes at 7pm. I can see employees inside, all the lights are on inside and outside including drive thru but the doors are locked at 6:30pm and no one’s answering the drive thru.
