Never have I ever received the correct order. Asked for hot macchiato and received an iced macchiato. Also does Dunkin facilitate employee menu training ? Doesn’t look like they know how to make the different coffees ? Could be just me ? On different occasions I have ordered different coffee and each one of them looks the same ? A macchiato isn’t supposed to look like a late pretty sure. Overall employee training should make this place better. Also please give them new headsets so they can hear the customers orders correctly.

This is probably the worst dunkin in the whole of Rhode Island never go there, I went there only bout 4 times and every time there was something wrong with my order and the employees attitude
This place sells water not coffee, horrible is not even enough! If you want good coffee go to the one on Plainfield Street but this one they use non-Dunkin’ Donuts products you can tell that’s how terrible their coffee is

Shout out to ladies who always make my coffee with love. These Dunkin employees are always so sweet and know how to make a good Dunkin coffee. Dunkin parking always sucks and this location is no different, line is always wrapped around. I recommend to just place the order thru the app and walk in to pick it up. Saves time and it's pretty fast.
