Most times there is an item or two or three missing when I order a delivery service to get food/drink from this location… very disappointing.

I enjoyed the music while I hung around and waited, then waited and waited some more to even be acknowledged. Then my order was placed. I waited for 1 batch of cold hash browns. I asked for them to be crispy. I was very disappointed. I was overheard by an Afro American staff person who then later helpede. But once again the drive thru was the major priority.

I will never understand why there is a cappuccino listed on this D&D's menu!!! I have had employees from other locations demonstrate the level of self respect and care necessary to be in the service industry!!! However the vast majority of D&D's employees do not understand what they are doing and they don't care for the customer's experience. This location is a prime example of subpar delivery of inept service!!!!

Clearly people who don’t care about their job. I get it you don’t get paid a lot I’ve done it myself! But you get paid to do a job and you can at least try to do that job! I left early for work today which is only 12 minutes away, I left 25 minutes early to get my boost for work and sat in line literally so long and without a means to escape the line! And ended up being 25 minutes late for work! How is this ok?! First off people use the app it’s 2024 damn but come on staff do better! And on top of sitting in line for a half hour when handed my drink finally it’s filled to the brim and spills all over me!! What a way to start my day!
