First and very last time I will go to this dunkin. Don't like a card reader on a stick shoved in my face while being asked for a tip in the drive-through, then walk away and complain about not being tipped. I've never seen this before and is disgusting this dunkin allows low class scum to work here.

I had a Reward in my Dunkin' account and decided to redeem for a nice blueberry glazed donut. This type is higher in calories than the regular glazed donut, but I do like blueberry flavor stuff.I got on my mobile app, chose the right store, placed the order and applied my reward for a free donut...easy and painless.When I arrived at the store, my order was not out yet and there were a lot of people waiting, so I patiently waited and when the lady had a minute, I showed her my order on my phone and she grabbed my donut in a few seconds.Delicious...especially when I took it home and microwaved it for a few seconds...it was warm and fluffier....

Hair was on the lid they looked at me crazy I asked to make me a new cup of coffee, and the blueberry muffin heated was overcooked. It turned into crumble. I couldnt eat the muffin

I was in there this morning asking for a remake of a ice coffee from another dunkin and was told the new policy was they are not allowed to remake anymore coffees , so I called a district manager that ik if it was a new policy and I was told absolutely not ,they have no right to tell that to anybody, and they will send some1 in to talk to the manager about her new policy that no one is aware of .

Okay, I have come here multiple times where I have ordered a coffee with flavor swirl. Each time they give me the wrong flavor. Today I asked for Irish creme. I get it and taste it before driving off and say this isn't Irish creme, it taste like caramel. She says "really" she goes and has it "remade". I taste it and again taste like the chocolate caramel flavor. I look on the bottom and sure enough there's chocolate on the bottom. At this point I'm just leaving because clearly they can't follow simple directions. Get it together. Then these people want $15 an hour but can't get a simple coffee order correct. Go back to school.

Asked for french vanilla at drive thru. Was put thru on the screen as vanilla shot so i said “not that one the french vanilla swirl” because obviously fv is a swirl right and she told me “oh well u need to specify that” i did obviously because i was still placing my order in that moment in time so i specified she messed up my order your employees need hearing checkups and behavior evaluations because i just wanted to make sure my coffee wasn’t messed up. Then proceeded to put the shot in my drink anyways so i cant drink it as it was leaking all over the cup and the lid was on wrong too. and not that its a huge deal but my avocado toast was put in a mini munchkin box so crumbs everywhere. Idk if it was Kaylee but thats what my receipt says 1/29/23 at 10:31am order # 8302. 530027 kaylee
