The people that work In this dunking donut the miserable they treat you bad and is never a good morning and thank you with this employer here at this dunking donut they should change all the employer here and find people that really want to work honest go to that dunking donut and experience the service yourself and you will see.

This Dunkin' is located inside the Providence Place Mall othe third floor near the food court. It's a small location that serves the basic donuts, coffee and other items. The line can get very long as the space is very tight. The ladies working here in general have a really poor attitude towards customers. Yes. I know they are busy. Yes I know it's a small working space. But still a smile or a pleasant hello could go a long way.

This one of the slowest DD I have ever been to they never open on time you can tell the employees don't get along. I waited in a line for 15 minutes had to get out line because my break was over. So don't waste your time or money at this DD go to Panera or Starbucks or better another DD
I always seem to order from this DD and alwaysss end up regretting it . I ordered my reg. small iced FV extra extra, the employee handed it to me and it looked EXACTLY like milk. i said theres noo way thats just 3&3 . She took it back and made a new one ... the second one was somehow made as FV swirl. See now i never worked at a Dunkin but i know that they will NOT make your coffee as a swirl UNLESS you ask for it . (Ive been told plenty of times) anywhooo... the employee decided to argue back when I told her that I didnt ask for a french vanilla swirl etc. she was even saying woosah woosahh very professional right ? instead I had another employee intervene and she made my coffee alot better.

Mind blowing how rude this location is. As a mall employee I have been treated poorly by these employees for years even with new staff filing in every couple months. The vibe has maintained the same. Awful. Go to starbucks for the extra few bucks to save yourself the headache of dealing with these incompetent, rude, miserable workers. Today was the last straw when a worker tried to charge me more than once for almond milk and then tried to insult me by rudely yelling they can't hand out hot cups due to the sticker promotion. I often go for the hot cup to save my paperwork from being drenched in cup sweat and I didn't need someone to try and make me feel stupid when asking for one today. For a location that serves a lot of folks in the morning that have to ALSO work in customer service, they sure know how to set your day off either well ... or mad enough to finally take the time out to write the review years in the making.

I am reviewing the one on Washington Street in downtown Providence. OMG. Just moved here. Ordered a half dozen bagels and six cream cheeses. No cream cheeses when I got home. I went back within the hour with my receipt explained the situation. No go. I had to handle this with the morning manager and she was gone before noon. Ridiculous. I went back yesterday. Ordered a half dozen and three cream chesses. I asked if the manager was available to discuss my last week issue. The most vile, vulgar, poor English as a second language, old bag, sixty somthing, little s*** "manager" listened to my civilized explaination for 20 seconds and told me: "You are pissing me off." Very loudly in front of customers and her staff. Everyone was stunned. The counter person carried on and was getting my order. And out of the blue this crazy lady manager starts yelling at me: "What drink do ya what?" I ignored her ranting and the counter person told her I did not order a drink. I paid, left and again my cream cheeses were not included. I gave up. Not worth it. Did not say a word. Was on the street talking to a new neighbor and this crazy b**** manager comes out in 95 degree heat with three cream cheeses and a plastic knife in her sweaty, non-gloved hand, no bag, insisting I had forgotten my cream cheese and pushing it at me. I did not want that or her being near me. This woman is experiencing some sort of instability. And it must be hell in that store.
