The whole place is just trash. Always dirty looking and the staff are ignorant and rude especially the manager.The manager always has something slick to say if she's not just looking at me.They need all new management and staff!

Avoid from 7pm on . Apparently they stop making FOOD an hour before they close and have the nerve to ask u if u want anything else at the drive thru instead of saying we have no food … ?
They’re severely understaffed and unless you have 15-20 minutes to wait for your coffee, stay away from here… I was the first person in line and I waited for 10 minutes for someone to just take my order and they didn’t even take it because I left due to having to goto work. There should be at least three people and I only saw two.

This is my go-to Duncan in my area, there are several around but this one always makes my coffee the right way I've never had a problem there. The service is always fast, but I always go inside I don't like the drive-through it takes a little bit longer through the drive-thru but that's usually because of other people. The staff there are really nice and most of them are there on a daily basis I see the same faces for the past couple of months that I've been going. Today they were setting up for national coffee Day and inside was looking really pretty. This location is always clean.
