Great pizza, great service, lively atmosphere!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. They have a spot where kids can sit and watch the pizzas being mads.

Pizza was good and we have a couple food sensitivities in our family so we like that they can accommodate that. We went at an off time (3:30) and service was so slow. It took forever to get our drinks, to order, to get our pizza, to order dessert, to get the dessert. I had to go up to front desk to get our bill and even then they couldn't find our server (who wasn't very friendly) so had to wait more. Kind of frustratingDietary restrictions: Good for dietary restrictions.

We had a really good time at this place. Our son has lots of allergies and the staff made a special - and delicious - allergens-free pizza for him. Good vibes, nice playlist, awesome pizza ovens. Very kind service. Tight place to park but it is a good incentive to actually not come with a car and use instead bike/public transportation. Will go back.

Eat Gluten Free here with caution. I recommend the gluten pills at CVS too.I ate at the Portland, ME Flatbread and they offered to cook it on a tin foil tray for extra avoidance of gluten (though it doesn't come out quite as crispy). They didn't offer the tin foil tray in Providence (I also didn't think to ask). Also, I saw their final preparation and they had it right on a tray they cook others on (do they wash them between pizzas or dedicate some to GF?) and used a cutter to cut another table's pizza (not sure if the other was GF or just a small). Either way, without the tin foil tray, it was certainly cross contaminated in the oven.Note that they charge $17.75 for a small pizza and add $5.50 for gluten free. ($23.25)Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free

It's really good pizza but I took one star off because the second time I went (which was a couple of days after the first time) my pizza was burnt and by the time I realized, I had driven pretty far. I will return and probably dine in.

Hate having to write this kind of review but it’s unfortunately necessary. I’ll start with the good. The pizza is very, very good. Love the thinner but crispy crust. Great wood fire flavor.Unfortunately the service is poor. The waitress we had last night had such a careless attitude as she moped around the establishment with zero sense of urgency. We seemed to wait forever for every step of dinner while, Multiple tables came and went. Restaurant was less than half crowded. I can deal with this if this was the only thing to go wrong, but unfortunately it wasn’t. To make matters significantly worse, I’ve been dealing with lower gastric upset all night and into this morning. I have a sensitivity to certain cheeses so I ordered a No Boundaries pizza with plain dough. I asked for the squash, sausage, onion and goat cheese ( a cheese that doesn’t make me sick). It tasted absolutely fantastic, but found out overnight after scraping the toppings off that the first layer of topping was shredded cheese. How does this even happen. Plain Dough doesn’t sound like Jays Heart or Cheese and Herb. Can’t fathom how something like this can even happen other than careless service. Super disappointing and massively frustrating to deal with overnight and this morning. Could easily be 4 or 5 stars if not for this negligence.

This used to be one of my FAV restaurants. My most recent visit was “meh”. The food was pretty good - although the small pizza was smaller in size that I remember. Still tasty. 1/2 of the beer taps are dry now. They still had a decent selection but nothing like they used to have. The bar service was lacking. There was a time when the staff was so friendly they made you feel like a regular - this visit felt like a trip to pizza hut. No charm or warmth

Great place to have a group of people and eat pizza! Lots of taste brick oven pizza! They have salads as well. If you don’t like see weed be careful which salad you order or ask for it on the side. I could see this pizza being regular option if I was a bit closer. What I had was not what i think of traditional flatbread pizza.

So went there party of 9 , hostess was less than friendly, waitress was fine and professional, we sat outside 3 yr old stood on the rock barrier in the courtyard, cook decided to come out and yell at whole group for it. There is a courteous way to say “ hey that’s not ok” So 200 dollar tab and less than courteous hipster staff. Pizza was decent. Probably won’t go back.
