Excellent service. Good wasn’t worth it in terms of taste or portion. You could get more and better tasting food at many of RI’s steakhouses. Even a chain like Longhorn

Been here a few times, always during conventions, so have only ordered from the events menu that has been preselected, but always excellent. Will have to go some other time for a real meal.

I am a little bit of a harsh critic when it comes to my meat. I ordered the tomahawk and I wouldn't say it was bad by any means, but it was just okay. It tasted like any other cut of meat. It was not as tender as I would have wanted it to be and there was more fat than usual. However, I ordered the banana bread dessert which was phenomenal and I would go back just for that and the drinks. The ambience was great and our waiter was extremely nice. He brought out samples of all the various sauces they had available with our steaks which I loved. It was my friend's birthday and the staff wrote her a birthday card. I thought was super thoughtful and went above and beyond what most restaurants would do. Overall I would recommend this place, I may have just caught them on an off night for steaks.

Best dining experience we have ever had! From the hospitality of Edward & staff to the immaculate dishes I could brag for days. Thank you for making a busy dad who doesn’t usually celebrate his birthday have one to remember!

I wanted to love this place because when you walk in the decor and atmosphere are great for a steak house. My husband and I were celebrating our one year anniversaryy. I ordered my steak well done and it came out full of blood. It took 10 mins for my waiter to notice and then he took it back but then they overcooked it. I know some people think that well done is not a way to eat a steak but it is the way I like it. If you are a good cook, you know how to do it without making filet overdone. He never waited for me to cut into my steak like most good steakhouse. We weren't offered any of the sauces they have either but I was so annoyed at that point. He just didn't seem to care at all. I don't mind paying g for a good steak, but this place needs better waitstaff. It's ok to have to take it back if it's not the norm of how they cook steaks, but to not check on it 10 mins later. You should always stay at the table and wait for them to cut into it when it comes out.

Our server was great! The food was mostly very good. The lobster tail was salted which is unnecessary on seafood that lives in salt water. The drawn butter was also salted. This took away from the taste. The Fleming's potatoes could have been cooked a little more. We don't care for crunchy potatoes. The rest of our meal was great and again, our server was top notch!

Food was good, service was good. Restaurant was mostly empty and we were sat again a wall at a very small table in a very cold area of the restaurant. Steaks were asked to be medium with some purple still in middle. Wasn't expecting to keep my coat on the entire time for dinner.

I’ve attempted to eat steak at every high end steak place in Rhode Island & this place is by far in the top three for consistency, flavor, and overall quality of the cut. Keep up the good work my friends.

Stayed at Omni hotel for a conference and went to the Fleming restaurant. We were seated and were waited on after 30 minutes. Our party, left. The next night I decided to order from the restaurant to go. $150 later I got the most disappointing meal that didn't included my entire order. The website makes you tip when you order, sadly I would not have given a tip since the service from the hostess desk was terrible and the food was subpar, and the order did not include all of the food. This is an overpriced restaurant that has poor service. When I pay premium prices, the expectation is good service and good food. If you are considering this restaurant while you stay in town, you are better off eating at the RI mall. The food nor the food is worth the money.

There was a reservation for my birthday as a solo dinner. Upon arrival the host and waiting area was very busy with a wait of about 10-15min, again with a reservation. I was sat fairly close to the door and bar. The overall staff remained very friendly & attentive as well as my food/drinks being both well-made and delicious. I ordered a Blueberry Lemon Drop, paired with Crab Cakes with a final dish of their Ribeye Steak along with asparagus and macaroni and cheese. Afterwards, I was offered a big slice of complimentary Strawberry Mint Cheesecake that I could barely finish! One of my complaints is that underneath my table I had a few napkins and crumbs therefore the maintenance of cleaning/tables could be better.Dietary restrictions: Dietary restrictions are offered. They also ask if you are allergic to anything upon placing a reservation.Parking: The location is small along with the Restaurant being housed next to a hotel. I would recommend using uber/taxi services, valet or walking if possible.Wheelchair accessibility: The aisle are tight throughout the restaurant. The ambience is dark which may cause some issues for those handicapped-disabled.

The staff was very attentive, the food was great and our meal was well paced. I took my boyfriend here for his birthday, and all of the staff made it a point to say happy birthday which I thought was kind of cool.

Rather disappointed, we had been looking forward to our dinner & show next door but waited an hour and 45 minutes and still no dinner. At and hour and 15 minutes we asked for the bread the waiter had originally offered. Long story short we ended up eating our dinner they packed to go 4 hours later after the show. Salted caramel espresso martini was delicious!

Flemings is a beautiful establishment. The hostesses were attentive and welcoming. We had a reservation however they did a great job of explaining to walk-ins that there was a long wait. We were seated immediately. The service however wasn't as amazing. We were missing small plates on the table and had to ask for them when our appetizers arrived. We also had to waive down our waitress for another round of drinks. (and I also saw neighboring tables wait even longer). It was a concert night, so I'm sure that must've affected service. The appetizers were delicious however the entree was the most disappointing. The bone in ribeye was not very appetizing at all. It was thin, dry and overly darkened. I did not let the waitress know, because I figured they were overwhelmed enough. Overall it was pricey but we expected that going in. They must have had an off night so I will try again.

Great time! David Martinez was a super hero waiter. Very professional and very social. Looking forward to going back and hopefully having him as our waiter again. Thanks David for a marvelous experience.
