In my opinion it is a little overpriced for the meat options that they do have. I feel like the steaks could’ve had more flavor. I feel like they taste very bland. I would’ve loved to have a more diverse choice of side options. For example, the only fruit that I saw that was available was dragon fruit. They were on top of refilling the side dishes, and the side dishes always seemed hot and fresh. In my opinion I wouldn’t come back here on my own accord. The server that we had was very forgetful, but I understand that the parties are usually 5+ so it’s easy To be forgetful. However, we asked five different servers for the honey with the cheese and we didn’t get it until 40 minutes after our Initial ask. I would only come back if it were an event or a party I had to attend it happen to be at this place.

Upon arrival the restaurant was gorgeous. The atmosphere was very nice. It didn’t seem too busy but it took quite long for us to get seated. We got sat down and the host seemed to linger for a bit making me think I needed to let her know what we were gonna order. I asked her questions and what I wanted and she said your server will be right with you. Why the hell was she standing there then? Anyway, she got the attention of someone she was waiting for and ran off. The server came around and I couldn’t understand a word he was saying. It was loud so I figured he might have spoken up a bit louder. He tells us we can go to the bar full of food and serve things ourselves which I had read about prior to coming. I wasn’t interested much as I wanted to get to the main course already. We ordered a glass of wine and asked our server what the best recommendation for wine with our steak would be and he couldn’t even tell us what would be a good pair. Along with his recommendation for the most expensive item on the menu, really? The floor was slippery I practically was tip toeing around. I know they have non slip shoes but I DONT.We waited 30 minutes and still no service once we had our drinks on the table. I didn’t even know where our server was, it seemed like everyone was getting service besides us. At this point my wife and I were frustrated, we were about ready to leave. The busser cleaning the table next to us HAD TO NOTICE, that we were waiting for someone to come around. He offered us plates and utensils and went to find our server.Once the busser came back I just asked to pay for our drinks and leave. The server came back and asked us what was wrong.. I didn’t know I had to explain myself? He knew it was our first time and didn’t guide us through any of the experience.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I would be interested in try it out in the future, maybe.

We were there last Saturday for a family dinner. Reservations at 615pm. We weren't seated until well after 730pm. We were seated in the rear corner of the bar. Out of sight of the waitstaff who would come around with the entrées. We went 10-15 minutes at a time without seeing or having any service. Our plates remained empty during half the night. I had to walk up to get a fresh plate due to no one coming to clear our used plates. The seating area we were at was incredibly poorly positioned. Between the table and the floor mat leading to the bar was constantly soaking wet with a mirage of spilled drinks and other liquids. Slippery is an understatement. The smell of stagnant water 2 feet from where you were eating was unsavory at best. Not once was any staff there to clean up the standing water around where we were seated. The hot bar was very limited. The highlight was the citrus lime chicken salad. Jonathan our waiter was incredibly friendly and professional. Our experience celebrating a wonderful night was a sour one. I have been to other establishments and never experienced what I saw at the Providence location. For the price you pay we expected better timely service and larger selection of foods. When you are at a Brazilian Barbecue your plate should never be empty unless you turn your card to red. We will be driving to Dartmouth to the Brazilian Grille going forward.

if you are black DO NOT COME HERE. so, my family and I went here for my dad's birthday and the service was fine. The floor was slippery and which my dad had almost fell. The food bar was cold tho. My dad had ordered some steak and we had been waiting for it to come for over an hour. We had asked about it just for the waiter to tell us that the steak was given to the white people infront of us! Mind you they came like 15 minutes after us! Do not come here.

I've been here quite a few times now. The last time we came was on a Sunday, with reservations. It wasn't too busy - definitely not as busy as previous trips to the restaurant. We were a party of 8, so we did have an expectation service would be a tiny bit slow. Unfortunately, we were never offered refills on drinks during our seating. Almost everyone ordered a beverage, but no one was offered refills through our entire seating. Our waters got refilled, but if we had another drink - no one took the time to ask if we wanted another drink and it was hard to get anyone's attention. The meat service was incredibly slow. Every time someone came to the table, the meat was almost gone - so only one or two people would get the meat and even if we expressed interest - no one would come back with a fresh batch. This happened at least four or five times. My end of the table maybe got 4 meats the entire time, due to this happening. We also most definitely weren't offered all of the options. They seemed to skip our table quite a bit, but even worse half of our table didn't get half of the meats that were served just at our table because no one would ever come back. The service has unfortunately just gone downhill, and most of us left prettt disappointed. We were there for a birthday. We certainly won't be back for a while - seemingly the first two or three times we enjoyed it but the last few have gotten progressively more frustrating. We didn't feel it was worth what we paid for it. Usually we are asked at the end if there was anything missed, or anything we were looking for. No one did this last trip. I left hungry.
Our event tonight was a great success thanks to Dariela and her team & the delicious food ofcourse. The catering service was excellent. The team that came out was very professional. The food was grilled fresh and carved tableside and it was amazing. Thanks!!
