I ordered them on Grubhub and they sent a whole different order than what I asked for. I asked for ribs with the sauce on the side and this is what they said. I am not sure if the piece on Even chicken, the greens have a weird aftertaste and that cupcake looks like Doodoo. I don’t know if this is is the front or this is an actual restaurant but this ain’t it?

I ordered a large tender dinner with Mac and cheese and fried rice. I received collard greens instead of rice and collard juice kind of ruined the whole meal for me. The chicken didn't really have any seasoning. Ended up eating a couple of the tenders and gave the rest to my partner. Super disappointed and will not be ordering from here again. ?

While I appreciate the affordable prices, I must say that I was disappointed with the ribs that I ordered. They were tough and not as enjoyable as I had hoped. Additionally, the sweet potato pie that I tried unfortunately did not meet my expectations in terms of appearance.That being said, I do believe that your restaurant still has potential to improve. I appreciate the affordability of the menu and would recommend the establishment to others. However, I do hope that you consider making some changes to the menu in order to enhance the overall dining experience for your patrons.

This place used to be the best around but now he's hardly ever open and when you get your dinners they're $14 now and you're getting less food so unfortunately the soul food place that we loved we cannot visit anymore due to the prices and the fact that we go and he's never open we'll plan to go there for dinner and it's cold and then one day a week he might be open out of nowhere

FOOD WAS DISGUSTING!!?Never again!Tasted awful & there was a curly hair in my beans.?Mac & cheese was not baked taste worst than kraft mac & cheese, baked beans gross & watery, all meats were salty.The inside was dirty.The owner was nice but I will never go here again.Wasted money & was so disappointed!Gave all my food to a homeless person bc I didn't want it to go to waste but I felt embarrassed even giving it to the young man.HORRIBLE!I WOULD AVOID wasting money if I was you

This place should be in the fast food category. I don’t like to speak ill of my own so instead I’ll give suggestions. If you’re out of items don’t just make a choice of sides for the customer. You don’t know the dietary restrictions. Take the time to call. If out of an item, take the time to call. Don’t cook so much Mac & cheese early in the morning and have that same pan leftover to serve in the evening if it’s dry. Same with the potato salad. Look into better quality ribs. I get it costs are high but I would prefer to pay $14-$15 for a plate of beef ribs over the $11.50 ribs plate you have now. I ordered over $70 worth of food and we barely at half because it was not tasty at all. Read your reviews and work on making changes to improve. Of course that’s if you even care

I am beyond annoyed and disappointed with this order! I asked for a large 5 piece and instead I get two raggedy wings with smashed up cake on paper. So basically the vanilla is on the paper not the cake. This is so sad and I will never ever order from here again nor will I recommend and anyone who is interested in soul food I'm making sure to let them know to never patronize this establishment. Not only was the food cold, I got a kids burger and some of the fries were burnt. I don't even want to eat I'm so upset. And don't call them because they don't answer the phone. If anyone sees this don't support this restaurant. I wasted thirty bucks for crap.
