Insomnia cookies have a perfect crunchy, chewy, soft, and gooey ratio. Delicious flavors such as peanut butter cup, salted caramel, white chocolate macadamia, triple chocolate, chocolate chunk... I could go on and on about the variety of flavors. This is a pick up and go spot.

you guys are usually very good, and the gf cookies usually are soft and good.but yesterday was not a fan of receiving cold hard as a rock gf cookies. Also was not a fan of the employees attitude it was unwelcoming.

Best ice cream I’ve had in my life! I just asked them to make me a good ice cream around ≈$10 and I got it and the ice cream was impeccable. Go to insomnia cookies for all your munchie needs!!!

Ordered online for delivery. Waiting an hour and a half and got a text saying my order was delivered and it never was. Called the store and they said we can either send it again or refund you (after waiting and not getting the order they should have done both in my opinion). I asked them to resend the order and it took another hour. Cookies are good, but definitely not worth spending $35 and waiting 2.5 hours.

When we arrived at Insomnia cookies at about 9pm there was a huge lining forming out the door and down the stairs. There was one girl at the front but another joined her from the back and the two of them knocked out that line so quickly I was impressed! And with great customer service. I've been to some Insomnia cookies elsewhere and the staff are miserable! So thank you for actually providing service with a smile! Delicious dessert Xo

I guess this location doesn't serve hot cookies anymore. I went 2 days in a row and my cookies weren't hot. I asked the associate, who looked uninterested, and she goes "it depends on the warmer". Well maybe the warmer should be fixed.

So I ordered these last night, and I just ordered them AGAIN! I think it’s fair to say I’m addicted ? Lol they’re so warm and absolutely delicious!!! They have gluten free, and vegan cookies as well !! I recommended getting the 12 pack and adding more because you need to try them all when you get them they’re soooo warmmmmmm and yummy and I do DoorDash and it’s gets here within 10-15 min not even ! Such a good idea ! They’re open until 2 am for a late night snack when you have the munchies ? and the customer service is awesome !!! 10/10 stars !!!!

If you're craving late night munchies, here's your place. Which is exactly what brought me and my s/o over. Being our first time there, as usual, I like to try out a couple things. A cookie-wich. So disappointing. One white chocolate macadamia nut, one double chocolate chunk, with caramel ice cream. Ice cream was delicious but, I got about half a scoop. The cookies weren't warm and the ice cream was already half melted. Lost about half my ice cream, since it turned into a puddle, in a cardboard box. Boo. A brownie topped with buttercream icing and cookie dough pieces. The brownie was warm and fudgie but, the icing too sweet for me. My s/o loved it.A mini 12 pack of chocolate chunk cookies. For small cookies, impressive. Chewy with melted chocolate chunks. Yum. Great to share (with a glass of milk that is). They were actually my favorite item. One chocolate chunk cookie. Probably the most disappointing. I expected a warm, soft, ooey-gooey cookie with nice pockets of melted chocolate. Kinda what they advertise. Delicious, warm cookies late at night. Basically, it was a large cookie slightly warm. Kinda like a cookie heated in the microwave. Which I could've done at home. Again, boo. Sum up: if you're crazy craving a sweet munchie variety late at night, yup. Come here. If you just want a warm, gooey cookie; purchase some from a bakery, zap it for a couple seconds in the microwave and save yourself the cash. So overall, meh. But, I'll be going back for the 12 pack minis. Warmed, delicious cookies on the go, for a great price.

Good cookies, but small, slightly overpriced, and there was a pretty long wait even though I ordered for pickup, which was because the place is so small that only a couple people can fit in it and there's no cheese indication of whether you can skip the line to pick up.

I ordered 12 cookies tonight(for a doctor that's leaving the ED tonight so I figured it would be a good surprise) for 40 dollars. When my order was delivered it was just a brownie with whip cream. The receipt had a brownie and an ice cream on it...so the wrong order that came wasn't even right! Anyways I basically paid 40 dollars for a brownie with some whip cream on it. To top it off, it tasted like straight weed because the 3 people in the delivery person's car must of been smoking weed...NASTY! I don't care what you do in your free time but please don't make my food (thats pretty expensive) taste like weed, thanks. I just want my money back. Im also asking for my tip too. At least be a functional addict and do your job right. They couldn't even find the back of the hospital, where I was located, to deliver this 40 dollar brownie! I had to get in my car and find them because they were so high and the road literally just goes around the back of the hospital there's no other turns, really not rocket science but when your all messed up I guess it is. Theres a picture of my 40 Dollar brownie! Enjoy! Update- I did reach out on Facebook and did get a full refund without any issues.

Had an excellent experience earlier tonight with that new cashier, Lexi. She was so friendly, helpful, polite, and gave me some great recommendations on what to order. Her smile is quite contagious. Will definitely be coming back soon thanks to her.
