My friend I went for dinner here on a Thursday night.Food: I had the Patacón and the Hennessy Punch cocktail. I would give both a 5 out of 5Service: Henry our waiter was incredible. He is extremely kind, welcoming, personable, and overall just really great at his job. Definitely ask for him if you visit Isla. The owner did check on us a few times to make sure everything was going well. The service deserves a 5 out of 5Ambiance: 5 out 5. It is a beautiful space

Excellent place to grab some dinner. They just remodel the place! The food is awesome. Please try the pork/pernil Mofongo; it's amazing. I mean, they're all delicious. And they literally have the best white sauce in RI. The only downside is how loud the music is played in there. Even after I requested to turn it down a little. To avoid this, either go early or do not plan on talking to the person you're there with, lol.

I went to Isla last night and I have to say it’s a nice cozy spot and very clean. The staff are super friendly and greet you immediately as you walk in making it a comfortable spot to have some drinks smoke some hookah and the food is amazing

$15 for a vodka soda. $60 total for four short glasses. Extra dry lime slice. No water offered. Tipped themselves heavily, I guess. Dead inside. Music playing at club level. Nobody there on a Saturday. Maybe because the drink prices are insane?

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, I was not impressed with the food. It was lacking in flavor and overall quality. The customer service was just okay - nothing to write home about. One thing that stood out to me was that we were given plastic utensils to eat with, which felt a bit cheap. Additionally, the cocktails listed on the menu were not very good. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.

I went on a Thursday evening for dinner and it was empty. The waitress was not as professional as I would have hoped for. I don’t enjoy being asked “you good?” by my waitress, just saying. The food was not great. Empanadas were burnt and Mofongo was bland. The shrimp tasted like they were the frozen kind. The drinks weren’t great either and very pricey. Overall disappointed with my experience.Parking: On street parking which is complicated in a residential neighborhood and Main Street.

Went to this place with my husband for dinner tonight. We were seated and given menus and sat there and waited and waited and waited. The waitress walked to each table and waited on them and nothing was said to us! The food looked great and we were excited to try this new place but to be treated the way we were! Horrible being discriminated against because of my skin color in 2023! Shame on them!

Food was okay. Charged a fine in fee and included the gratuity? Spent almost 100$ each for two drinks and a sandwich. Not sure what the issue was. Way too over priced. And before anyone says anything - it was 3 people. Gratuity is not needed to be put for just 3 people. I generally tip minimum 20% being in the business, but it being put automatically with almost 9$ added on to a “dining” fee? Absolutely ridiculous.
Ordered via door dash, food was timely, but aside from that horrible. A $25 order of steak with rice and beans, with literally like three extra small (this is not an exaggeration) peace's of steak, the beans looked and tasted spoiled, and the plate it came in looked as though it had food in it prior and they just dumped out the food and placed this food in it instead. Any other day their patacón sandwich is a hit but today it was not up to par. Do not waste your time or money.

Very disappointed, it looked good on social media but the only good thing about this place was the interior design. Food was horrible. Mofongo tasted like it was reheated in a microwave. Portion sizes were small for the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

AMAZING!!! One of my favorite places in Providence! Their white garlic sauce is to die for! We have been there 4 times and all 4 times the food has been delicious. The drinks are great and the atmosphere is also nice.
