Came for taco takeout as apart of the RI Food Fights passport promotion and received two birria tacos a side of birria consommé. The consommé was amazing and the tacos were pretty good although I would have preferred them to have a bit more salt which is strange as I find Mexican food to be generally salty but I see this as a benefit to those who are watching their sodium intake. Hello my name is Mindy I am a thirty five year old woman with four kids. We showed up to this lovely food truck and decided to take a look at the menu, there were many tasty and delectable options to eat. My personal favorites were the birria tacos and the birria ramen, very mouth watering to say the least and their handcrafted watermelon with pineapple drink was excellent, they have very good prices highly recommend and will definitely be coming back soon!

It was good before but now the consommé for the birria tacos looks very like water and has no flavor. The tacos don't brown them very well and there have been two occasions where they forget to add the consommé for the tacos.
