Best Vietnamese food in RI (and I'd argue MA)! You can feel that it's a family owned place from the moment you walk in. The crunch of the bread for the Banh mi is out of this world. WOW!! Stopped in for a quick bite - first time here. What an uplifting atmosphere - bright & cheery! Had the shrimp spring rolls which were very tasty. Service was very attentive. Will definitely come back for more of a meal next time. Check this place out!

Delicious food, serene environment, and delightful service. Their banh mi sandwich is amazing--a bit homier than the typical banh mi (which are already starting at spectacular!) I also enjoy the streamlined menu which makes decisions easy and the whole experience cleanly minimalist. I'm so glad Lotus Pepper decided to come to the East Side.
