Just a reminder that this venue does not allow backpacks. Seeing the other review, maybe we need to bribe the doormen in order to bring our backpacks with us after all. So you would either drive there and leave your stuff in the car, which is very likely to get the windows shattered, or not come here directly after work with your stuff.

Last evening was the second time that I went to Moonshine Alley. While we were having dinner, two friends who were scheduled to join us told the doorman they had friends inside with reservations, but were told they couldn't enter. They stayed and watched a few people go in after they slipped the doorman money, and they again approached the doorman noting what they saw. Following that they were allowed entrance. If you're at capacity, you're at capacity and no one disputes that; but, handing someone money should not make a difference.On another note, the server was great; and it does have a great atmosphere. The food that I ordered was a salad with grilled chicken. The grilled chicken was bagged, frozen chopped chicken. It was not a fillet that was grilled and sliced. They noticed that I didn't eat it and the server asked if she could swap it out for something else. I have to say she was very attentive and excellent.

Came for the first time for food the other week. Service was on the slower side and food was entirely average and pricier than the quality. Valet option for dinner was a big plus because parking can be awful there. After dinner we met friends there for a drink and that's where this place shines. Live music is usually pretty good but the band this night took MANY breaks. (Definitely see Nothing Personal if they're playing, they always put on a great show!!) The moonshine flight was fun and I liked that it was customizable. Overall I'd come back with friends to see a band and have a few drinks, but probably skip the food here.

Ordered takeout order was 10 minutes late with no napkins or cutlery. Paid $2 extra for all drum chicken wings received 3 drums and 5 flats. Ordered Nashville hot wings received BBQ. French onion soup had very little flavor and looked nothing like the picture on the menu. TRUST THE REVIEWS!
Food was very good. Good place to watch the game, lot's of TV's.but very noisy. Server was not very attentive making us hunt her down to get the bill.

I like the fact that they have live music on occasions, which helps with the atmosphere. Their drinks were very good as well. They also have a decent number of screens for you to watch games. I'm definitely going back.Parking: It could be a pain to find free parking. It's not a surprise, though, since it is downtown.

Dennis Moffitt Painting held our Christmas party here and it was amazing. The food was delicious, the live band was fun, the staff were top notch, the entire experience from start to finish was far above my expectations. Highly Recommended!
