I've only gone here a few times and never gotten any food so I can't say what that is like but as far as the employees I've encountered, they are so nice! Today (Oct 25th, around 5pm), I ordered a coffee online just to see how it would go. I got there and the guy behind the counter said it would be in the coffee section on the counter. Unfortunately someone stole it but he made another one for me and was very pleasant about it. Coffee was really good ?
Quality has gone down drastically since opening with regard to customer service and value. I just bought an iced coffee for nearly $4 that I could safely get the straw into because it was so packed with ice. The place was great when it first opened, so hopefully it can get back there
