I always liked pieZoni’s pizza but I got it on Super Bowl night, a busy night for my family. I’ve gotten it my whole life and never have I experienced something so wet, so uncooked and so gross. I picked up a piece gently and every last piece of uncooked bacon and cheese slid right off from whoever made it and of how bad of a job they did. The bacon was %100 white and chewy and gross. I do not recommend getting it when the workers are in a “rush”

You got to try the garlic Sriracha wings! Best wings I had in a long time. Cooked to perfection. The garlic is just a right amount and Sriracha is a little kick, but not too much. They’re so good that I buy the 25 pieces to share and it lasts 2 to 3 days. you can’t beat the price $23. 99 better than lotta places.

The RESERVOIR AVE, CRANSTON HAS A HORRIBLE RACIST MANAGER WITH NO. CUSTOMER SKILLS. THE WHITE GIRL MANAGER refuses to help customers, breaks Piezonnies policies & extremely rude and racist. I order pizza multiple times a week and rarely have an issue. Yesterday I asked for an extra well done pizza (meaning golden/brown cheese). The pizza I got was not well done at all, barely cooked, soggy and white cheese literally sliding off the pizza into the box. I called after receiving the pizza & she told me they would remake the pizza with an attitude then hangs up on me. When I get there she tells me they will not remake my pizza because they thought it was fine. I told her that’s not acceptable I wanted a remake of the pizza OR a refund. She proceeds to TRY to kick me out and refused to let me speak to the store owner/regional manager or give me his information while constantly rolling her eyes and raising her tone. Embarrassing me in front of other customers. Another worker called the store owner for me and he told Tiffany she had to remake the pizza. She she did exactly that. As I was leaving she said very degrading and racist things about me and my outfit, saying I didn’t need anymore sun because of my skin color (I was in beach attire). I called the store today to ask to speak to the store owner or regional manager and the assist manger (who was yelling at me on the phone, horrible customer skills) said she refuses to give me information to talk to the regional manger or store owner and asks me what the issue was. I told the assistant manager the issue was the manger and that’s when the manager said I’m now banned from the actual store….because I wanted to report her but she only said that when she knew she was getting reported. Horrible employees. Embarrassment to PiezonniesUpdate : The owner of Piezonnies told me to delete this review & did not handle the situation so I’m reposting what happened. Disgusting I hope this place shuts down

So I've eating piezonis pizza for over a decade. I love the way the pepperoni cups when they cook it. The sandwiches are good, wraps are ok, spicy wings are no joke. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is spotless.

I should've read the reviews prior to ordering. the pizza had a good taste, but not only they took an hour, it was cold. It wasn't worth $30. Will not order again

Quick service, tho a little on the pricy side, this is made with quality ingredients that is always a MUST when it comes to good food. I give it an A+ they even locked the doors so the kids didn't run out wild lol

This is our first time having PieZoni's. I ordered through the phone, staff was very polite and attentive including the delivery driver. Our food was definitely better than expected. However, my only complaints are that our pizza wasn't thoroughly cut, no big deal I cut it myself but then we found numerous small pieces of foil in our boneless wings. Please please pay attention to this guys, we didn't even notice until we had a few wings left and that's when we seen the little gray specks. At the end of the day, this location is very polite and food is great but just need some more attention to detail.

Worse pizza I've ever had I ordered a pick up asked for well done and the whole pizza was doughy with 10 pieces of roni. What a waste of money f*** this place I will never order there again!!!!!!

I got the steak salad for my wife it was great but I got the cheese and pepperoni pizza very berry disappointed it was like a frozen pizza from the dollar store small and very thin total disappointment shame on you for a poor pizza when it's your first name when in cranston go to big cheese or Tony's if you want a good pizza shame on you for your terrible small thin frozen look alike pizza wish I could give you zero stars on your pizza
