They mess up you with consistency if you get delivery. So beware and be disappointed.

Order my food thru the mobile app got there and said what you order ? Shouldn’t you know what I got it shows on top of the screen who got what and says their name the lady didn’t even bother looking and also I was suppose to get two order of biscuits 3 each and should’ve came out to 6 but instead just got 2

I love Popeyes there chicken sandwich is amazing 8/10 but I didn't like Is the staff they are so clueless to the core I did a mobile order around 6 I waited a couple of min and the lady asked what did you get I said it was order number 3 and she said we don't need that I'm like what just look at the screen Damit doesn't the computer keep track of orders thru mobile my god and also my poor friend wanted 2 order of biscuits there supposed to come in 3 each but I just got 2 my head and last thing this place is disgusting the porta potty outside the mall where there doing construction is cleaner

I love Popeyes, but this one is the worst I've been in. The counter and surrounding area are dirty, you can see they haven't cleaned anything in a while

The food okay, but the customer service was terrible. Simple misunderstanding on what I ordered and she was extremely rude. If you’re having a bad day, don’t bring it to work. Paying the extra cash for Johnny Rockets next time….:

Food still good. But the girl at taking the order is just so rude!!! The one with light eyes. She would take the food from her coworkers hand and throw it saying it was wrong. Rude to customers too.

As you know Providence has some of the best food around the world, and I have discovered a wonderful catholic food restaurant. It's called pope yes. I had the 6 piece Body of Christ Combo. You can get that with white or dark meat, depending on your image of christ. I tried it with my side of cool ranch wafers. It was lunchtime and uhh truth be told, I had a little splash of communion wine but you can get it with holy water. So uhh would I eat here again? PopeYes! The finest in catholic food dining.

When I order my tender combo the box too small for my order, they didn’t give me my barbeque sauce and they put 2 time the sauces. I’m upset of Popeyes.
