I was skeptical of this place after reading the mixed reviews on google. However, I am happy to report that many of the negative reviewers are deluded. This place has some seriously high quality and delicious ramen and snacks! I got the spicy pork miso broth ramen and it was fantastic. Flavorful broth with chewy noodles. I also got the pork buns which were also fantastic. The atmosphere isn’t very lively because this restaurant mostly deals with takeout orders. Besides that, the inside is clean and inviting. The owner is sweet and thoughtful too. Definitely try this place out if your in the area!

Cute little place ran by someone who runs the kitchen and front service. Food was very tasty especially the ramen. We got the Paitan and Shoyu ramen. The broth was very tasty and rich. I'd recommend!

Broth was extremely salty so much so I couldn’t eat it, the chicken tasted like rotisserie chicken from the super

I had a crave for Raman. I was so excited to find this lace. On a Saturday night it was 100% empty. Nice safe but we had to use our phones to scan a QR code to see the menu. The we had to use the app to order our food but the app did not work. The single worker was not able to assist us. We left. If I wanted online ordering I would have ordered line and had take out.

I ordered through doordash two spicy chicken over rice and a chicken ramen and three "mexican cokes". I know doordash is pricey and ramen is pricey too, but for a total of 90+$ i expected a lot more. The portions were small but also the "mexican" coke was 5$ each for a regular can of coke. One of my spicy chicken and rice had 6 pieces of chicken the size of a thumbnail. Like that has to be a joke. I'm giving it a 2 because the food wasn't worth it the money, even if it was good.

Lots of mixed reviews, I had to give it a try! Walked in, and it was 100% empty except for one woman employee (the owner). Ordered on our phones at the table (never tip for this kind of situation). I think this is a 99% takeout spot. We only had the ramen, so we can't speak for apps. The ramen was not terrible, but nowhere near exceptional. It's totally average. Although I have yet to have 5 star ramen in Providence. Would not repeat.

Why is it okay to charge $11 for 3 tofu cubes, 2 slices of potato, and a few pieces of zucchini on wooden sticks? And they forgot one of the tofu cubes too. My friend suggests their prices should be in renminbi and not dollars. Also, 素食拉麵 should be translated as "vegetarian ramen", not "vegan ramen" because it has egg

Some of the best ramen I've ever had! I'm vegetarian and had the veggie curry ramen and omgggg. So good even with Uber Eats, it tasted fresh. I can't wait to have it again.Vegetarian options: Best veggie ramen I've ever had!

For paying almost 20 dollars for a bowl of shoyu ramen to get no mushrooms and not even an egg, but rather a bunch of raw cabbage and maybe an ounce and a half of mediocre pork. This is by far the worst Ramen I've ever been served.

The only time I've left a restaurant after one bite.Vibes are weird at RC Ramen. We walked in for a table for two and it was completely empty save for the seemingly sole employee/proprietor. The pop-country music was surprising.Service was admirably quick, but the food was clearly just microwaved (we heard the beeps as we waited). You have to order online and tip before you receive any food. Food was basically unseasoned: a bowl of noodles with salt, oil, thawed veggies, and a piece of meat with little meat on it.One spoon was taped. The other was sticky. I am not sure what is going on behind the kitchen curtain. The prices would be very fair if the ramen was any more than just edible.I apologize to the proprietor, I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I wish I had known before we spent $30+ on food we did not eat.

I'm not one to write reviews, but this place was hands down the worst ramen I have ever had and the strangest restaurant experience I have ever had. I have been telling people my horror story, and after looking at lower reviews, it looks like I am not the only one. First, the place was hard to find. No sign or logo anywhere, I nearly walked past it until I saw the logo while looking through one of their windows. When I walked in, the restaurant was silent and empty with only me and my hostess (who I learned later was also my chef and waitress). She sat me down and had me order my food and drink online. I paid for the pork shoyu ramen, Thai tea and a soft boiled egg. I had to pay (AND TIP!) before I received my food. She turned on the radio and went to the kitchen to start cooking. Despite the music, the restaurant was so quiet that I could hear everything she was doing. While I was waiting for my food, I heard a lot of microwaves... But no sauteing of any sort. She gave me my ramen first, but before I could take a bite, I asked her where the restroom was. She pointed me down an unlit hallway and told me it was in there. I turned on my flashlight and found the bathroom door. The door couldn't lock/close correctly and it reeked of weed. I quickly sat back in my seat and looked at my ramen. I realized in between small bites that the chopped onions and corn were uncooked, the pork was not hot and the broth tasted just like Campbell's chicken noodle soup broth. She handed me my Thai tea and that was no better. It didn't taste homemade, it tasted like a powdered drink packet. Super sugary and artificial. I was really doubting my meal and after only a few bites, I realized that I already paid and had no obligation to stay and finish the meal. I walked out while she was in the back- I didn't want to explain why I was not finishing my meal. As I walked out the door, I realized that I didn't even get my soft boiled egg that I paid an extra $2 for! I walked out of there hungry and $30 shorter. I went to RC Ramen to find a cheap place to get some ramen. I could have gone to Ebisu where I knew they had some decent ramen, but I didn't want to go so far out of my way. The woman was polite, but this experience will be the one and only experience I will have at this restaurant.

Food items don’t match the photos on their site, which is fine but does make it a little hard to pick. I wish they’d update their photos better to match how the items come out. The braised pork buns were different this most recent time than the way they were served previously but they were SO GOOD. it was my favorite part of the meal. Only $4 and perfect flavors but not the way these are usually served (at any restaurant, including here) but I hope they still have them like that the next time I come. I really loved the braised pork bun. Chicken Sando was also served completely different from the photo on the site but my bf liked that one. Both were on bao buns. The Paitan and the Spicy chicken ramen were the exact same thing but with spicy chicken on the latter but that was also great. I preferred the spicy chicken one. There only ever seems to be one person working here alone.I’ve been here a few times and no one else is ever here at the same time. No other diners or anymore than one kitchen staff. This place does remind me of Kens Ramen as other people have mentioned but I didn’t like it there that much. I would say this is better than Kens.
