I would recommend them put a sign where to pick up online order so the cashier is not rudely yelling at ppl looking for their online order on the table

My plain bagel was cross contaminated with chives and capers. My partner's tasted like cinnamon and she did not order cinnamon. Above board bagel overall, but overpriced. Nice staff. Loud music. First time here, not great for the price point!

Great spot easy to find. Vegan options for those that like that. Nice atmosphere. Ladies were very nice at the register and food and drink came out quickly. Lots of seating for in dining, inside and outside the place. Would definitely come back if I'm in providence again

The remarkable thing is, this is the best bagel in Providence. I love bagels. I do not like this place. I have stopped in over the years; the customer experience is just plain poor. It takes an unreasonably long time to order and receive bagel, but more importantly, the staff has an a subtle sense of superiority. The coffee/"to-go" associate helping us was curt and gruff (is she aware that it is a customer facing role?). I don't have constructive criticism for the owner except maybe go undercover and visit this place? It's just weird. The ambience is loud and intense. For all my bagel lovers: check out Thayer st!

I've been coming here for years but this place is broken. No way anybody should gave to stand in line for 20 freakin minutes to order a half dozen bagels n cream cheese to go. This wasn't even s ling line when I got here - used to be twice as long and four times as fast, can't understand why they changed the system but there are now too many decent breakfast options around to waste this kind of time. And running out of plain cream cheese? Are you serious? At a bagel shop. Come on, this is awful.

So nice to have a real BAGEL instead of bagel shaped bread, which is what most places have! Delicious - great texture and flavor!! Good cream cheese too, and a shout out to Borealis for the coffee. Overall, a real treat!

The key word here is ARTISAN. Don't expect a NY/NJ metro area bagel. They're dense & doughy, not light & crispy and more similar to Stop & Shop bagels. To be fair, if that's your style of bagel, you'll love this place. But beware, you'll also pay an artisan price. $15+ for a smallish bagel with cream cheese & a tiny bit of lox (over $20 including online ordering service fee & tip).

Excellent bagels: chewy, crunchy and soft all at the same time. Custardy eggs and great coffee. Bring your own cup, though, or you'll have to buy one if their reusable ones for $10 (first drink free.)

I like it everything is made from recipes not dry mixes the cinnamon toaster pastry is delicious the bagel toasted was fine similar to bagelsaurus in Cambridge (I know there is location in the works for that area) I am actually from Massachusetts the bagels are made using king Arthur brand it is a high gluten flour many people that try bagels made from that it will generally have a chew on the outside and soft in the center. The coffee is of good quality from borealis I think this place is better than the providence bagel his felt more chain like. It is superior compared to another bagel spot in Hudson or cafe fresh bagel those places are corporate chain style. It will be a welcome addition to the growing coffee shop scene in Massachusetts especially in the Boston area.

We found this place very mediocre. The bagels tasted 'just ok'. Expected to taste outstanding, fresh baked instead. Another customer and us requested a knife (to manage the cream cheese on our bagels). The nice employees checked and said they ran out. They had about five employees behind the counter who were worked hard. I think management should staff more people. We ordered two warm bagels (they don't toast bagels? Sigh) and waited around 20 minutes. There was only 4 people in line or so. Hope this review helps, happy to talk about it further.

First time back to here in years. On a weekday morning I ordered an everything bagel with chive cream cheese and a small coffee. Bagel was burnt and tough, cream cheese was skimpy and lacked flavor and black coffee was warm, borderline tepid. With $2 tip the price was $11.99. Woman at counter was terse and not particularly pleasant. Other staff were more concerned with merchandising new branded coffee cups than providing necessary service. Tables and (my first) plate were dirty. For all the fun design elements inside, this place sure lacks joy in both service and product. Won't be back.

Best bagels in RI, hands down. The staff is super friendly and the service was stellar. My bagel came out quickly (and deliciously! and perfectly!). This is my favorite place to get bagels!!! Worth. Every. Penny.

Mirena the owner assaulted an employee. She's deranged and dangerous. Avoid this place or risk getting your hair ripped out if she doesn't like you.

I have been following Rebelle Bagels on Ig for sometime so I knew this place would be good. Today I finally had a chance to try them out and it really exceeded my expectations! I had the vegan dream on everything bagel and my boyfriend had the bacon egg and cheese on raisin bagel. The maple and sea salt spread is to die for! Great customer service and cute ambiance— can’t wait to come back!

I have ZERO idea where these negative reviews are coming from. The food:AMAZING. Bagels have amazing flavor and awesome chew. The lox? To die for. And they cure and slice their own! The service:These people saved my mothers day. After striking out at a couple of places, I walked in with no pre-order and they bagged up a dozen bagels, three kind of cream cheese and hand packed nova to save our brunch. They did all with a smile and great service while I was less than pleasant after running around all morning. To the person that whined about the gratuity ask on the computer, you can say no.. you don't have to give a poor review because of it. Not to mention that these people deserve it and bust their butts! To the people that complain about the price, go to Dunkin Donuts if you want cheap food. This is a local business that is making their own.Run, don't walk to Rebelle!
