Awesome every time. Each dish is a work of art full of flavor. If you are in PVD and looking for a great meal experience check Rosmarin out.

I came here with my partner to celebrate a special occasion. We had a reservation and showed up just a few minutes beforehand. We were seated promptly and our server was great with us. We were served our first dish shortly after. The whole meal was beautiful and delicious and surprising from the first dish to the last. It was incredibly fun to be seated in such an intimate setting and get to watch the chef prepare the dishes. Bonus points for being BYOB. Dinner here is pretty expensive, but as a celebratory meal it was well worth it!

I've been to Providence twice and both of these visits included a trip to Rosmarin. I will definitely continue this tradition as this is easily one of my favorite meals in Rhode Island. I came with my sister and friend on a weekday night without a reservation but we easily got a table (would recommend a reservation for the future though). The menu is an eclectic mix of unique plates and everything is worth a try. I have not been disappointed by anything I've ordered here. The duck is always the highlight for me--it is made and season perfectly!

I've dined at Rosmarin a couple times when I lived in Providence and it is one of my favourite restaurants in all of Providence. The proprietor is incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive and always provides informative overviews of their dishes. Some of my favourite dishes here are their duck breast, sprinkled with chicken skin crumble, and their scallops. The large windows facing the street offers a great opportunity for people watching and the wine store next door has an abundance of beverage options. The cozy and friendly atmosphere and phenomenal Swiss fare at Rosmarin has accompanied many warm memories for me personally. This is truly a hidden gem in the PVD restaurant scene!

Hands down best restaurant in providence. Great personal service. Great concept perfectly balanced. Typically French infused cuisine is too creamy for me, but perfect balance of texture and flavor.

This place is small, it probably only holds 15 people at the most. We took my parents here for their 40th anniversary and it was a really special experience. Max and Stefano prepared a delicious 6-course tasting menu for us and explained each dish to us. There was a mix of texture (I noticed that each dish had something crunchy) and flavor. And it was BYOB. I had never done "fine dining" before, and truthfully the 6-course tasting menu won't leave you stuffed, but you'll be comfortable and to me this place was really more about the special experience.

Food are mediocre. Nothing too special. Yet overpriced. About ~70 dollars per person. Most importantly, they don't even have their own restroom. My friends and I had to go to the Eddy's, a bar across the street, for restroom ??!! Unbelievable!

WOW! For such a small venue, this restaurant sure knows how to pack a punch. The place is very homey, aesthetically pleasing off the bat, although small. The owner and chef are wildly personable, making you feel welcome and a part of the family (it's a family business! Father-son! How cute!). An eight course tasting menu left me both full and oddly begging for more. All the dishes were wildly intricate not only in flavor, but also in presentation. I felt as though I was eating off the walls of a contemporary art museum! Overall, the dishes surprised me. Compared to the written descriptions on the menu, I found them surprisingly unique (you've never had beets like this before) and full of flavor in ways I could not imagine. While I am not a picky eater, the menu is diverse and it would be very easy to eat a wholly vegetarian or pescatarian meal here (but don't because the beef tartare is to die for!). The place is BYOB, made even more convenient by the fantastic liquor store right next door. Apparently this is the only place in PVD to offer a 12 course tasting menu, so if you're feeling like indulging, this is definitely your go to. Not pictured: sorbets as palette cleansers (strawberry and pineapple) and the chocolate cremeux dessert (think mousse but better).

What a fabulous dining experience. Creative chef, delicious food! The staff was a small group of very accommodating professionals. BYOB makes it a great value!

I had been meaning to check this pop up out after a few friends had recommended it to me. My parents and i went here to try something different when they came to visit me. We bought a bottle of wine next door and split 4 small plates. Everything was very different and all flavorful and exceptional. We tried the tomato steak, seared artichokes (I don't like artichokes and I could have ate this whole plate myself), beet gazpacho (same thing, my mom dislikes beets and loved this dish) and the spätzli (my favorite). Everything was prepared perfectly and was artistically presented. My parents and myself thought everything was absolutely outstanding. We had a cantaloupe sorbet as our palate cleanser and then split the chocolate cremeax dessert wth strawberry chutney and sorbet which was the best way to end the meal. We were comfortably full after 4 small plates and a dessert. I think this pop up is something different Providence has to offer and any "foodie" would love.
