I've literally eaten here 3 times in 6 days. This fried chicken is the BEST I've ever had! *SOFT, juicy chicken, and hot, super, crunchy, crispy breading. *Being on Thayer street, they're a little pricey but completely worth it. *As others have mentioned, the honey-garlic is terrific, the garlic is freshly chopped to order.

The guy who hand pick up costumer food is very rude, I was reading what the door sign said and he must have misunderstood my intent, but either way his response was I don’t care and toke my food I already paid for in to the back , and told me if I don’t like it I can leave so I did. Truly didn’t expect to encounter someone I wanted smack.

Worst experience on Thayer Street. The food was expensive and excessively salty, with almost no service. Will never go there again.

When we entered this store, the waiter didn't pour us water at first, and the portion of the rice cake was extremely small, which was very inconsistent with the price.

I have been a long time customer of this restaurant, but have not had the time to go in for awhile. After reading all of these recent 1 star reviews, I was pretty skeptical of going back thinking they changed a lot. Nevertheless, I ended going back for dinner tonight and the food was as GREAT and DELICIOUS it has always been! Service was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. This just goes to show not to always trust negativite reviews. The food and customer service was great and awesome as it always has been. So many of these negative reviews say things such as the chicken was under cooked or the prices are too high, but I have ordered the same items multiple times over the years that others had and never ever had any issues. In addition if prices are too high, do not go out to eat as the food quality justifies the price as well as prices are pretty much the same across all establishments on Thayer Street.

I was yelled at for using the restroom by the clerk, they said I could not use the restroom as it was not public, yet I was here for pick up. I will not be back. They are very unreasonable. Decent food though. I'd rather get YAS chicken two doors down

Customer service was horrible. The food tasted strange and it terrifies me to visit again. My friends and I were casually dining at the restaurant. I happened to order kimchi soft-tofu stew. The tofu from the soup tasted a bit odd for everyone on the table… yet the manager, I assume, said “It can not be spoiled.” “All the ingredients came from the same container and it is impossible to be gone bad.” She further claimed that our palette was wrong and blamed us for making a fit. Eventually I did receive a newly cooked stew, which contained tofu that tasted totally different from what I originally got. Since they served us new dish my friends and I were going to just brush off the issue, but the manager continuously positioned around us and harassed us by blaming us the whole time.Don't visit here.My friends and I entered the restaurant to have a meal. I ordered kimchi soft tofu stew and it came out soon. Everyone at the table said that the tofu tasted strange, but the manager said, "It couldn't have gone bad. All the ingredients came from the same container, so it couldn't have gone bad. Everyone else was eating it well, but you were the only ones who said something." He said. They also claimed that our tastes were wrong and accused us of playing down the truth. In the end, after a conversation, I was given a freshly cooked stew, which contained tofu that tasted completely different from what I had originally eaten. In addition, the previous tofu was also mixed in to make sure it wasn't completely new. Still, since they gave us a new dish, my friends and I tried to move on, but the manager kept standing around watching us, criticizing us and harassing us all evening.

Me my friends visited this place for a nice dinner. Overall the food was ok… but one tofu soup tasted spoiled. It’s fine if the store cooked the food again, but the lady in the store kept on trying to teach us that food in their store could never get spoiled. After a few negative interactions the lady did take away the soup telling us that she would make it again (And we did thank her for that) but when we received the new soup they added only few tofu on the previous bowl only extracting few of the (assumed spoiled) tofu.

This place has really gone downhill. From when it opened to now is like night and day. The prices were definitely justified since the food tasted fresh, the portions were large and the customer service was decent. Awhile back I ordered for delivery and I couldn’t remember that experience except the food was so bad and such a disappointment that I didn’t order for months.Forgetting that experience entirely, I thought why not give this place another try, and I was quickly reminded why I stopped eating here. The chicken was undercooked under all that breading and sauce. The fries were okay a little soggy. And the Korean food was the best part and that’s not saying much since it’s pretty bland by Thayer street standards. Literally eat anywhere else. This spot is played out.

My first time coming here with my brother and I didn’t like the food or anything from here. The food had no flavor and it didn’t look good to eat either. And had to wait for 15 minutes for fries, that’s outrageous and bad service. Never coming back here.
