Ordered food before my shift here at the mall on a sunday morning 45 minutes before my shift started. I ordered it as I was walking in the mall so I would have plenty of time. I waited for 40 minutes for my order and it never got ready. I even asked the baristas several times if they had an order in my name and they said they were working on it. I ended up leaving because I was gonna be late for work I don’t even care about not getting a refund

Promise you I hate this Starbucks every time I come here it’s always a problem! And the little girl that was making my drinks with that stank face that’s always ends up making my order wrong no matter if I suggest what they did wrong. It’s a problem. The amount of money that you spend on their drinks, it should be right. Worst customer service and drinks in all of Rhode Island.

I go here often and rarely have any issues, although it’s much pricier than other Starbucks for the same exact beverage. The Starbucks at university heights is $6.97 and this store is $7.76 for the exact same drink with oat milk. 3 Other Starbucks I’ve checked in the area the price is at $7.17 . I also find the tables frequently dirty, my guess is the staff is so busy making drinks and so many people use the tables that they overlook cleaning them. I’ve asked them to clean my table several times and they always come do it but they could do a much better job. Also the rug under the table and glass window and ledges are often dirty. I would suggest investing in one of those little carpet sweepers. It might be time to invest in some new tables and chairs as well. I think those have been there since the place opened some 24 years ago. Get some more cushioned seats and maybe 1 or 2 tables that seat more than 2 people. People are constantly grabbing chairs from other tables because they are with more than two people. You could also put one or two cushioned seats with a little end table. Time to upgrade especially with those higher prices.

They have a nice seating view and acalm setting to work on my laptop and enjoy a coffee. I’d recommend getting the iced caramel macchiato my all time favorite!

Went to Starbucks Coffee @ Providence Place Mall today around lunchtime, the moody older woman took my order, didn't take my name, (I'm Asian). Normally they call you when your order was done. Anyway, I understand around lunchtime is busy, but after waiting about 15 minutes or longer, and I went to ask her if she was done with my coffee, just in case someone took it by accident or something, then she answered me, do you want a refund? And I was upset, I took my refund. But what kind of business asking a customer like that? She could have said, oh we haven't done it yet, because it's a bit busy. That's all she needs to say! The other employees in there were great, except her. She should be working in the back making sandwiches or making coffee would be better for the customers.

I ordered my coffee and i tried to pay with 20$ bill, she said i don’t have change i was like excuse me !! U mean i can’t pay cash ? And she said no u can but i don’t have the change i said im not gonna leave the whole 20 for a coffee , she left without saying anything. I asked her if they never have change and she ignored me and walked away ( the cashier with the glaces ) she was soooooo rude I’m not going back there anymore

The service was quick and the coffee is very good. There is a decent seating area too. Otherwise, this is a pretty ordinary Starbucks, which is a pretty good thing.

Cool place at the mall to grab a coffee. However, I think they can invest a bit in getting more decent tables and chairs. Also, most of the time, these tables and chairs are dirty and not being cleaned. The drinks are good just like any Starbucks. this place has so much potential to become a great spot for coffee given how amazing the view is. I would love to see this place getting a make over and improved cleanliness

This is a really nice Starbucks location. The space is clean and the staff are really helpful, patient, and friendly. Avery made me feel welcome. He was knowledgeable with the questions I had and he went the extra mile to help me when I needed it. I really appreciate Avery and the other staff for helping me and making this Starbucks a location that I gravitate to. Thank you, thank you, thank you for always making my trips here really lovely.
