This establishment is marred by its inefficient drive-thru system. While the location is excellent, it appears to be inadequately designed to accommodate the substantial demand. Approximately 80% of the time, the line extends to an impractical length, impeding the ability of clients to exit the drive-thru after receiving their orders due to congestion at the exit area. Despite these operational challenges, the baristas consistently excel, ensuring accurate orders and maintaining the expected Starbucks quality.
I’d pay them to turn down the music. Otherwise, it’s fine.

I don't like giving negative reviews but this place earned it. They were very slow. Then gave me a grande and charged me for a venti. When I pointed it out the server said nothing. No sorry. No I'll fix it. Just made the correct drink. At this point I still wouldn't have said anything but as I drank I got a mouthful of coffee grounds. Awful experience.

I have been to this starbucks multiple times, and sometimes they do a good job, and sometimes they don't do a good job. I ordered my drink ahead because I was in a rush to get to school, so I didn't have time to ask them to add some more liquid. I'm a bit upset that whoever made this drink thinks that underfilling is acceptable, especially since the prices are a bit of the higher side. The batista NEED to learn correct portion control!
