Paid for a crunch wrap box, they had no crunch wraps, but the manager would not replace it with anything else because I ordered on the app (WHAT!? I would have taken anything, I told that to the manager, anything, replace it with anything, I just want to get what I paid for and eat, but the manager seemed very impatient, slightly racist and wouldn't accommodate me with anything but a free taco coupon). Then had me park, left me waiting for my food, completely ignoring me, so I go around the drive thru again, watch the kid give my food to someone. Then run out, grab the food back, run back in and try to hand me this ripped bag of food that had already left the building. Are you kidding me? The employees here are straight up dumb. Before I drove off with no food, I called the kid incompetent. but I honestly don't think he even knew what that meant. Glad this happened, after I call corporate, and tell them about this incident that is all on camera, I know not to come back here and have food made by people this blatantly, flagrantly, stupid. I could only imagine what the food prep practices are like at this place. Never had a worse fast food experience in my life. I don't throw out the terms dumb and stupid often, as people are just trying to make a living and there is no reason to be derogatory, but when you are that dumb or stupid that it effects customers in an extremely negative way, and you can't perform your extremely simple, entry level job, you deserve those titles.

They need to retrain the staff. 5 people working sometimes things are slow, but they still make orders wrong. Some staff get upset with clients because they are annoyed that the orders are made wrong.

Hands down the worst Fast food experience. Without a doubt this location gets my order wrong if I get the audacity to order there after 5pm. I can't count how many times I'll have entire portions of my order missing and they won't even include the receipt at the very least. The only Taco Bell experience worse than this location is using their app.... I'm frustrated because I work in food and I understand that things happen but this location is consistently disappointing and it doesn't have to be the case. I ordered through the app and the app doesn't even have a digital receipt either. An all around deeply frustrating experience.

Unfortunately it’s the closest Taco Bell to me, I’ve tried to give this spot a chance a few times. The food is always half missing, sloppy and dirty. Hair in the crunch wrap, never remembers sauce or napkins. No offense I get it when minimum wage was 7$ but y’all make 15-17$ an hour now. Get a

Terrible experience ordered a pick up on website $58.00 . I went to pick it up lobby was locked went through the drive thru they asked me my name gave my name they stated someone picked up my order. Some worker comes from the back begins swearing at me ?. I calmly asked for the manager he comes to the window. States again someone picked up my order I explained to him that I'm here there's no one else to pick up the order and as I'm speaking to the manager the other employee is still swearing meanwhile had my daughter's in the back seat crying because they were yelling I felt very threatened. Needless to say I didn't get my food or a refund. Don't go here terrible employees and management.

Horrible service lazy people work here went to the window got my 12 box of taco forgot my burrito told us to pull over did all the other cars we waited 20 minutes went inside he s forgot about us never again 36 dollars wasn't worth it

Came here 10/1 around 8. I place my order through the drive thru and ordered 2 menu items large.... I get charge and then get told they only have medium cups... cool, no big deal. But I have ordered a Baja blast and was given another drink when I say it's wrong I get told they gave me that drink instead because they were out... so we're picking whatever tf you want for paying customers?

So I came to this taco bell on 9/22/23 around 12 pm. So yes it was lunch time. Now I went inside because the drive thru had a long line. When I went inside there was bearly anyone in there. But I waited about 15 minutes be4 some1 even acknowledged the fact that I was waiting in line. The person infront of me said he ordered already n has been waiting 4 his food 4 about 10-15 minutes. So when I finally was able 2 order my food the lady was on the rude side. Keep telling me hold on so she can go talk 2 another worker. On top of that the card machine didn't work. So I had 2 wait another 5 minutes so they can rearing up my food in the drive thru. I got my food fast n it was hot. But my burritos was empty. Bearly any chicken or lettuces in it, but a lot of sausage. So much sauce that when I bit in2 it the sauce was everywhere. Now on top of all that the store was nasty n dirty. All kinds of liquids on the floor, n tables not clean. So trust me when I say this will be my 1st n last time here. I only still ordered because I had 2 take my medicines n had a 1pm appointment I couldn't miss. But I learned my lesson.

The food is never hot it's maybe warm then cold by the time you get home, also they constantly get your order wrong either your missing something or you got something you didn't order nevermind if you get food from this location by Door dash or grub hub you get the food cold or missing items every single time. This location needs some work. Idk better management or something.

Claimed they never got my order, DoorDash driver kindly called me and waited to see if they’d make my order. I called the location, no answer. Tried to cancel my order but the app said it was already being processed. Not my first time with issues from this location. Poorly made food just thrown together, thought it was a one time thing or the fact I ordered a bit late at night.

They messed up our doordash order 5 times in a row, the last time we finally complained and got a refund because 3 out of 5 items were missing and now they are being childish and cancel my order anytime I try to get taco bell. Go to literally any location but this one absolute garbage.
