I tried the brown sugar milk tea with boba and milk foam. I asked for the less sweet option and it was perfect for me! It was pretty easy to order on the screen and customise the drink. The boba was so soft! Definitely one of the best in the area. Would highly recommend!

Good experience with the servereuse who helped me remake the milk tea becasue it was too sweet. Although finally I don't get used to the sweety milk tea here, their attitude should be greatly appreciated.It would be better if there is a waiter who can speak Chinese~

Ten One & Mala Noodle have a collaboration with 10% off the other place the same day. Just bring each receipt and go each place to show cashier. We ordered from Mala Noodles first and then showed our receipt at Ten One to get 10% off. I tried Osmanthus Honey for the first time. It was super refreshing and it was perfect to counterbalance the spice of the noodles. I really enjoy the true tea flavors at Ten One.

Love the concept--it was my first time in one of these, as I've learned it is a chain. It was a smidge annoying as a first time customer to have someone at a register redirect me to a kiosk with 3 slow and indecisive people taking seemingly forever to go through the 100 questions on the screen. If there was at least another kiosk, or someone to help as a first timer, that would have improved the experience. At least the drinks were made pretty quickly. And once we left, I feel like every other person on the street had a Ten One Tea House cup dangling off of a straw. Enjoyed the drink, and was a bit overwhelmed by all the choices, tbh. Wish we had this in the midwest.

I am usually happy when I come across a Ten One location because they often have unique flavor combinations and a wider variety to choose from than most shops. This location is literally only a block from Brown's campus. I got the grapefruit green tea with the white honey boba. I asked for the brown sugar boba but was told that they can only put the white honey boba in the green teas which seemed odd. I'm not sure why I could not add any boba flavor into any type of iced tea base? I also could not adjust the ice level, only the sugar level. The grapefruit green tea was tart and refreshing, but the honey boba had very little taste. The prices here were VERY expensive. A medium green tea was $5.95 plus $1 for boba so after tax it was $7.51 and the medium size was definitely closer to a small drink size, especially after accounting for the ice. The biggest reason I detracted stars was because from where I was standing at the pickup counter waiting for my drink it looked like one of the workers took a sip of a drink that was slightly too full, rather than spooning or dumping it in the sink, before placing it in the machine that seals the plastic over the top. Maybe this drink was for herself if she was going on break, but if this was a customer drink that is not sanitary at all.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in here! Quick, friendly service, with some seating if you would like to stay here for a bit. I often find that for the specific drink I ordered, Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea, it often comes too sweet, the boba isn't as chewy as I would like, or the tea flavor itself is not strong enough at other boba shops. However, to my surprise, it was really good here! Boba tapioca texture was just chewy enough and did not entirely melt in my mouth, not too much ice, not too too sweet, and had a strong enough tea flavor that complemented the brown sugar syrup. Will definitely be returning next time

I loved everything about Ten One - the service was amazing, it was my first time there and the staff did not hesitate to offer guidance and patience. I got the seasonal Lavender Alpine Oolong Tea, which I wholeheartedly recommend. The quality of the tea itself is amazing and the honey bubble tea really complemented the palette. The tea was ready swiftly and I enjoyed the atmosphere of the tea house. 10 out of 10!

I came here to get a larger order. I didn’t order ahead because I didn’t realize that was an option but a girl named Youtong was working the register and she was amazing! Great suggestions when we didn’t know what to get; made me one of the best drinks I’ve ever had.The place itself is a bit expensive, especially considering it seems to be a chain but I would never have made myself a drink that good. The girl working that day made my experience 5 stars.Will definitely be back and I hope the same girl is working.

I stopped by Ten One Teahouse as I passed through to visit a friend at Brown and decided to get the Mango Slush with White Boba as well as the Ten One Milk Tea. The Mango Slush was very creamy, with a perfect balance between having the mango flavor shine without tasting artificial. The boba was freshly made and had the same texture as regular boba. As for the Ten One Milk Tea, the tea flavor really shines through, which is often masked in most milk tea. Service here was impeccable and the store seemed like a perfect spot to meet up with friends or just study. Can't wait to come back again whenever I'm in Providence!

Cute, cozy cafe with a calm atmosphere. I walk to Ten One Tea frequently with a friend of mine and we will definitely continue! The staff is friendly and understanding. The bubble tea is fresh, reasonable, and delicious! I recommend the Mango Slush and my friend always gets the Ten One Milk Tea, but there are so many interesting herbal and fruity flavors as well. The jellies/boba are really unique (blue butterfly boba, dragonfruit boba, etc) definitely worth the extra $1! They also have really aesthetic mousses and cakes which are magnificently smooth and light. Additionally, there is a stamp card, so even nine bubble teas you purchase you'll get one free! I've been to two other boba shops around Thayer, but Ten One is the best! <3
