Came tonight to celebrate my daughter's birthday! Food was delicious! My picky eater son loved the skewers! Steaks were phenomenal, as always! Our waiter was super nice, but I felt not very attentive given it wasn't a super busy night. Overall a great dinner at 10!

We were visiting Snowshoe for my husbands 40th birthday. We had a 7pm reservation for a party of 10.Mind you we were all dressed in wacky tacky Goodwill outfits. Our Sat. night we had a Goodwill Date theme. We all chose names and got an outfit for that person.We were greeted with a smile from the hostess and were seated immediately. (Not because of our crazy outfits, but because they were perfectly on time for our 7pm reservation.)As we walked thru the restaurant, we were greeted by the manager, Mark. He was very pleasant. We weren’t sure how this was going to go over with our outfits but he, the staff, and the patrons of the restaurant all loved it.We were served by Clara who was awesome!!! Everything was brought out with impeccable timing, Clara had our orders down perfectly and the food/drinks were Devine.We will definitely be back here again!

A wonderful night out for my son's 30th birthday. Our waiter Johnny was friendly, attentive,and professional. I would give Johnny 10 stars. The chefs are top notch. The servers helping our waiter where very friendly. The smoke show old fashion and the snow globe martini are delicious and a show in themselves. The bartender is a true professional bartender. The bacon wrapped filet mignon, wagyu, salmon with crabmeat,and desserts are simply unbelievable. A great price for the memories made. A night not soon forgotten. This was not my first time at the superb 10 PRIME STEAK & SUSHI and will not be our last. Thank you to all involved in making my son's bday AWESOME.

"1/2 a century Birthday Wish "Do-Over, Please. Staff-Accommodating. I called ahead to state I would be 15 min. late & I was granted this accomodation w/ o a hesitation. Ordered the Edamame, followed by a Morris Roll & 2 main entrees: a Rib Eye & Local Sea Scallops. The food was 100 w/ the exception of the Rib Eye, which missed the mark ( unfortunately & surprisngly). It was kind of fatty ( typical) but not as flavorful as you would expect. Drinks: Perfect 10-old fashioneds , the Luminary & a Smores ( smoked). We weren't rushed at all, which is a rare find these days. Our waiter definitely received bonus points for that however.... at some point, towards the end of the night ( his perceived shift perhaps) I began to feel neglected as I was quite parched but he was not checking in. Prior to that when he did check in, he was so quick to leave that I could not request a drink quickly enough. Lastly, as noted in my Open Table reservation request and hinted at by my BF to the waiter... it was my birthday. I didn't order a dessert but I did order a dessert drink. Throughout the night, I witnessed many others receiving a fancy dessert acknowledgement however my waiter missed the mark and didn't process when my BF mentioned it. When my bf tried to be sneaky and find the waiter to mention it again, he couldn't find the waiter. Funny b/c I noticed him at that time, b/c I really wanted to order a drink at that time but I couldn't get his attention. I know it's not that bad but it really is the little things. We specifically picked this restaurant b/c it was a special occasion. Seating... kind of uncomfortable. My bf and I are tall. He obliged and gave me the booth side of the table. I could not cross my legs comfortably b/c the table was so low. Of course the chair accomodated the table so that was rather short and uncomfortable for my tall man. That lead to some crankiness ( which I understand b/c I hate being uncomfortable while dining)! Can u grant my wish please?

Tables were kind of close and the 4 young men next to us were kind of loud. Ordered my filet med to med well w very little pink. Steak was slightly med w the center was not edible. Had to come home and throw in air fryer for my pup to eat it. Wait staff was excellent!

Our waitress was Cheryl and she was nothing short of amazing. She knew her menu very well and was able to guide our choices which we all loved! She was friendly, professional, funny and attentive. The food was fantastic and the only downside was the table we had which was by the serving station curtain.

Had a great dinner at Ten. Parking is pretty simple because their valet service works great there. Our server Kevin was the best....Very knowledgeable, patient, and made some excellent recommendations. We would go again and request Kevin every time. On top of that, food was very good. Nice job Ten!

Sat at the bar and had dinner. Both of us ordered the filet mignon. Prepared to our request and sides of parmesan fries and sauteed spinach was perfect. Did miss having the valet parking though.
Wonderful experience. I hadn't been here in a quite a while and Johnny remembered me. Our waitress was so helpful and prompt, I adore this place and need to make it a habit of coming more often. 10 stars! Food was delicious! Excellent service.

My boyfriend and I had such a great experience coming here for a date. Our server Johnny provided truly phenomenal service and was so attentive and caring. All of the food was delicious, our meals were perfect temperature, the sashimi was delectable. We ordered the meatloaf and statler chicken breast and both were excellently prepared. I also had the pear martini which tasted exactly like a delicious juicy pear. We couldn't help but order some dessert too, the cheesecake and crème brûlée, both were a perfect end to a wonderful meal and date night experience overall. Will absolutely be back here again.
