Went there for general night of karaoke fun. Was a bit crowded so it was hard to get a seat. Funtime with random people

Soo fun here!! Absolutely love the fact that there's a place dedicated to just karaoke every day!!!!Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs at the side entrance, if you don't go through the hotel in the front.

Traveling for work from DC, I had a great time here. Everyone was super friendly and open hearted. Shout out to the bartender who was awesome, handling a million people at once, a true art, lady! It's a dollar a song and worth it. Great crowd. I rarely get out and this was a nice unique treat for me.

No food, great atmosphere with a couple stars off for the atmosphere emitted from the service side of the bar. I absolutely love this place in spite of the establishment. I've been here a few times and this time, after buying a few drinks around the bar, I settled up with what I thought was a reasonable $10 tip on a $71 tab (14% which is lower than my usual but justified). The bartender, who is a white woman, with straighter (not curly) hair like her coworker, who complained about how busy she was while she fumbled around drinking shots with her friends and holding her patrons hostage while she scream-sang to the bar as a karaoke member while (only rationally) she could've been catching up with service. Meanwhile, her timid (understandably), coworker massaged the cut lime wedges in the canister that were ready to be served, who told me he couldn't have served me because she was the only one who could serve drinks, while she struggled to enter 6 numbers into a seemingly windows vista computer for the karaoke (like we don't have technology that can alleviate that very complicated procedure for her) complained about my 14% tab for her horrific service. I tipped her an additional $100 and i hope she shared it (with the...kitchen?), however she processed it immediately and quietly asked me to my ear (prior to this she had me to yell to her throughout the night to order my drinks) if I was sure about the tip... i'm not confident in her generosity... I'll be back and when I am, I hope literally anyone else is serving.

Great place. Best to come on a weeknight before it gets too late if you want to play any songs or to make a reservation for a private room in advance.I always love coming here even if I don’t get the chance to put any songs on; I can usually just join someone else because they have two mics and MOST people are okay with sharing (not everyone but people often want someone else to come up with them when I’ve gone)Most of their drinks are way sweet so just let them know before ordering that you’d like it less sweet because they’re really good but I always need to add soda water to bring it down a notch.

brought a group of 12 here and they had a wonderful time. the hour flew by fast, def needed more like 1.5-2 hours if your group is into karaoke. great massive song list. app was easy to download and ipad was easy to configure. hostess was helpful, one person handling the whole place a Friday night, showed us how to use the system and gave us a little 10-min reminder. the hotel itself is cute and the lobby is so city vibes. will def bring back big groups again.

We got charged $100 for an empty can of high noon carried in from the walk over from the hotel. After the security guard witnessing our guest finish it before entering, we were told “there is no way for us to prove that, so whose card does it need to go on?” Completely unnecessary.

Music selection is very good compared to other karaoke places. Private rooms for karaoke are a little small. Bartenders are terrible. Incredibly rude and would absolutely be the reason I wouldn’t come back.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive vibe. A definite 5-star spot for karaoke enthusiasts!

We had a blast. The prices don't match the atmosphere, but going before 7 is the move! Make sure you plan in advance and make your reservation to guarantee a room, or you can hang out in the main room, and I believe it's $1 per song. The drinks were solid, and the bartender was awesome and killed it at karaoke! Definitely a good time!

We had the best time in our private karaoke room I reserved for my 56th bday. There were 6 of us in a room for 10 max and we were very comfortable. The equipment was simple to understand and they let us stay a little later since we got there a little late. The cocktails were delicious- especially the one that comes in a ceramic cat mug. The bartender was terrific and I will definitely go again.

The karaoke and drinks are fine, but very weird vibe from the staff. The staff lady only ID’d the people of color in our group (black and asian), even accusing our out of state IDs and international IDs as being fake on no basis—again, only to the POC, despite us being a mixed group, all from out of state, and all the same age. She was unwelcoming and unnecessarily rude from start to finish through the night. Unacceptable and did not cultivate a proper environment to celebrate our friend’s birthday.
