We made our reservation through open table for a very special occasion with family for my daughters college graduation. We decided on the Fire as it is always good and when we arrived on a busy college graduation weekend THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED and there was not more on the door to explain why! We had no where else to go and could not get in to any other restaurants o no a Friday night at the last minute and our whole night was ruined. We were furious! What happened and why weren't we notified?

Took my daughter here after having been many times myself. She loved the pizza and her chicken penne alla vodka. This is a great menu, something for everyone but not an overwhelmingly big menu either. Roasted garlic oil is a nice touch. I would love to see a chicken piccata on the menu though!! We'll be back

Oil was burnt that the chicken was fried in. It was supposed to be Milanese . Yes deep fried! Chicken Marsala was salty and finished with corn starch! Service was very slow. Rolls were good. Shabby decor and dated. Not a fan too bad I heard good things.

Took a very long time for the food to come out - just 3 plates of pasta - about 30 minutes. They forgot to bring us bread when we were seated. It was hard to get attention of waitstaff when I need a to go box and check. The food itself was just so so. The gnocchi was extremely over salted and the meatballs for the kids looked like they came pre- made and frozen in a bag. We won't be back

We Asked for Extra Extra crispy chicken wings and got them! Pizza was good. Thank you for a nice meal

What in the world is a " convenience fee" when you order take out? Laughable how these restaurants are all complaining about how Covid hurt their pockets yet every chance they get they try to take advantage of customers like this. You're charging me $5.00 to drive to you or a $7.00 delivery fee? Based off the greed alone I would never dine here. Y'all deserve what you get during these times!

Stopped in for a late lunch. Great review so why not right? We started with the rosemary oven grilled wings. They were good, but when did chicken wings come with cooked onions on top? I got a meatball, pepperoni and smoked bacon calzone. It had good flavor. My wife got the chicken parm, with Alfredo sauce instead of marinara and gluten free pasta.

Great calamari! Also had great Artichoke and olive flatbread appetizer that was wonderful! I had littlenecks and sausage meal, which was delicious ? and large! My problem is that they have breads that taste terrific with everything and I am on a low carb diet ? It is wicked hard to turn down great tasting breads(carbs)! Plenty of parking too!

The Manager John is the most professional Restaurant Manager I have came across. His combination of enthusiasm, calm personality, and quick decision making make him the perfect leader for this family environment that we love so much here in North Providence
Food was good, service was terrible especially considering the restaurant was not that busy. Waited half an hour for salad and soup. Waiter never let us know they apparently lost the order. Probably won't go back

Good quality food, honestly one of the best pizzas I have ever had and it was just CHEESE ! Everything came quick and hot and tastes absolutely delicious, they're salmon and pink sauce pasta was amazing as well !

I have previously left a 5 star review as this place had great food/service. We had 6 people, ordered soups, apps, wine, beer in addition to our dinner. The pizza was ICE COLD. Not warm, COLD. The waitress forgot to put in a pasta dish and didn’t come over until 20 mins later. The manager took nothing off the bill, no $10 gift card. Nothing. Offered to make new pizzas... at this point we were there for over an hour. Then said “what do you want your whole tab for free??” My family was in shock. We have been here numerous times but never ever again.

As always our visit at The Fire was amazing. The bartender was great and very attentive! The Manager was friendly when he came around asked about our visit! The bar was clean and felt comfortable with the precautions that were put in place to keep all patrons safe. Can't wait to go back again for pizza!
