The BEST Mexican food you’ll find in PVD. Our waitress tonight was amazing. My daughters adored her and the member of staff who was training alongside her. Thank you for an a great evening. Will 100% be back. ❤️Kid-friendliness: My daughters Clover and Cece were treated so well by the staff. It’s so hard to find a family friendly restaurant but they went above and beyond.

The food was very good the Catfish was season and cooked perfect. The waitress Dawn was of great help and service we have never eaten here before. Nice cozy relaxing place to enjoy a nice filling dinner not to loud or quiet regular conversations carrying on. I will be back before the Jalapeño fish and chips special is over.
Tortilla Flats is my go to restaurant. Great food, good service, and a great place to meet friends. This place rocks. Try the Mojito. it's the best around.

Sitting at the bar I look over at the bartender touching everything including face and hair and then to see they use their bare hands to get the chips out of the trash bucket. We did ask why they use their bare hands ,they replied with. That’s how they do it. ????????????Literally bare hands scooping up chips to put them in a basket. The bar area was fine. Not much going on at noon

Food was bland. No flavor at all, way over repriced. Not anywhere near real Mexican cuisine. Large nacho plate was the smallest I’ve ever seen. Nothing was seasoned. - Even the guacamole was flavorless. We won’t ever be back. $100 bill for 3 adults. No drinks and we would have been happier with Taco Bell.
We came for dinner and returned the next day for lunch! GREAT service - shout out to MARIA - pitcher margaritas are the deal! Alicia was so helpful at lunch too! Will definitely come back when we are in town. - make a reservation for a large table! Great energy and atmosphere!

It was okay. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. The tacos I got were literally unmarinated, unseasoned beef. Like if you had made tacos at home, with store bought beef, and cooked up the beef but just didn't add the packet flavoring at all to it. Just nothing. Like come on man...
