Great "Dragon Fruit Smoothie." Boba Smoothies were not spilled and contained well in cup tray carrier despite the deliverer's driving in a busy area. Great desserts for nearby travelers.

I was very much looking forward to trying this place! The food was okay, similar to Panera or other restaurants that most of the food is already "cooked" and they just put the pieces together and throw it in the oven. I had the chicken pesto sandwich which was pretty good but not great. I also got the Paradise Point smoothie which was good, very large sizes which was nice! The only thing is the store (because of the fruit I assume) had a lot of flies. I was going to sit and eat but decided to take it to go because there were so many flies. Not sure I would visit again mostly due to the flies/cleanliness.

I love tropical smoothie but this location is the worst. Idk if there is an owner or just kids who run it. For some reason it's closed right now at 3:30 on a Wednesday but there is no sign just a locked door.

I've never been, but the smoothies are delicious, Bahama mama is me absolutely favorite, the sandwiches are okay but it's all about the drinks

The food here wasn't anything special, but in their defense, it is not really a food restaurant. The smoothie, on the other hand, was great! I got the sunrise sunset smoothie, and it could have easily been the best smoothie I've ever had. The staff was also really nice and gave me the extra smoothie that was made for not additional cost. I would recommend this place for smoothies, but not necessarily for a meal.

Worst tropical cafe in my opinion this people are very rude to eachother the managers there lie about anything just to be right they are unorganized they taste the smoothie with a cup lid from the blender very much cross contamination like and they are just a mess by Thayer st. If you have lil kids and you don’t want em to hear swear flying across the room don’t bring em there they workers there be cussing eachother out w no filter very unprofessional.

Just ordered them through grubhub, and i chose a banana for a side and they seriously gave me SALAD!! its one thing if maybe you ran out i can totally understand that! And if that were the case then an employee should contact the customer to let them know and can exchange it for something else the customer wants...but NO i got no phone call no notification about it..they just decided for me on what to eat...what kind of service is going on there!?!?...ill stick with tropical on mineral spring in north providence..not ONCE had my order been screwy over there, but this place on my first time ordering from this location was horrible and unprofessional!...so now food is going to waste cuz i HATE SALAD!!???

Absolute worse place to work at, I’ve had better employers treat their people way more efficient then this dump. Worked here couple months ago and everything was perfect, seemed very settle. They hired new management to keep the day-to-day operations stable. The place is still a disaster after that, new management didn’t do anything new, nothing was good at all. I was treated poorly like I’m working at a construction site. After looking the reviews place didn’t change at all. Just speaking my opinion, certain people were good to me the whole period working there.

This place is awful! I walked in an ordered a smoothie. There was 5 people ahead of me and about 5 people who ordered after me. Staff was disorganized and began asking customers what they ordered. They were randomly picking and choosing who they wanted to help. Staff was arguing with each other. After 20 minutes, I asked for my money back and walked out. Staff could care less. Never returning.

im a little confused as to why this restaurant is letting people place orders if the location is CLOSED. Its still listed as open on every site, including their own app, and i drove half hour to pick up my food only to realize the place is shut down. Who do i get my refund from?

Placed an order online just to drive 20 minutes and find out the place is closed until futher notice. Nowhere online did it say the place was closed. It would be really helpful to update your hours and not waste my time and money.

terrible customer service, i have gone here many times because i enjoy the smoothies and food but it always takes 15-30 minutes to make a single smoothie. i waited for up to 15 minutes for one smoothie, only then did a series of employees (one after the other) ask me if i was waiting for something and they reassured me it was coming soon it did not. I enjoy the food and smoothies but not the lack of work ethic.

Ordered food and 2 smoothies for delivery. Food showed up, no smoothies. Tried calling the restaurant but no one answered the phone. Had to drive to the store to get my smoothies which kinda defeats the purpose of delivery.

My brother asked me for a vegetarian shake with probiotics and my niece wanted a shake and she is pre-diabetic, and it was 10:30, and had a hard time finding a place. A worker from Yolenies recommended this place. It was open early :) missed it at first because it was on a second floor. It not only had a vegetarian shake, and low sugar good for diabetic shakes, they told you the calories and were low calories, and you can add supplements which included probiotic components, I added b12 and protein on mind (which they even had both soy and whey options). All three tasted good, and we were satisfied (held us up for our beach trip. So going to go again ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
