VERY BAD SERVICE! A bunch of kids working that do not know the meaning of customer service.We had ordered 2 pizzas and 3 salads. We got 2 pizzas and 2 salads so we were missing one salad.I called the place and said we were missing one salad. They said they would make a new one but would not re-deliver the food even though they had messed up the order.The person on the phone said the salad would be on the house even though we had already paid for the food.I had to go and pick up the food and it was not ready when I got there (15 min after I had called them and told them to fix their mistake). Then they proceeded to tell me the “on the house” comment can’t be accommodated because there was no one there to do so.When I opened the salad and looked it over, the tomatoes were in bad shape and the condition of the salad was not pleasant. Clearly rushed being made.This was a very bad experience for me and my family and would not go here again.If you do choose to go here, I would recommend to do pickup yourself so you can make sure they do not mess up your order.

Service was slow, but you can tell they were understaffed. Waiter was very friendly. Started off with the broccoli cheddar soup which was yummy. Wasn’t a huge fan of my caprese sandwich. The ciabatta bread was good, but the sandwich seemed to be mostly bread. My husband’s Bianco love pizza was delicious.

I visited this restaurant last year in November. It was really good. This year I went on October 3rd and it was terrible. I got a Caesar salad.,the leaves were brown and old. It tasted old. Luckily they took it off my tab. The pizza tasted stale? It was just disappointing. At least my drinks were good. I don’t think I’ll be going back. Stick to the frozen uno pizza you can cook at home.

We drove 2 hours away to come to this Unos and while the food was good the service was awful. We sat in the lounge area and was greeted by the bartender Brittany who was nice and said she was our server. We received our drinks a few minutes later by someone else who never introduced themselves and said she was ready to take our order. We ordered our food while she was standing in front of us sweating and can barely keep her eyes open. We received our food about 20 minutes later without ever getting the appetizer we ordered. I asked the young man delivering our food if we where getting our appetizer, he asked what it was and said he would check. After a few minutes he came back over and said it was taking a little longer and would be done in about 4 minutes. About 10-15 minutes pass we are almost done with our food our cups where completely empty and the girl who took our order walks by us with her pocket book leaving the restaurant. Finally we spoke to the manager and we told her what happened and she took our appetizer off for us and apologized for the confusion. Seeing we drove such a long way just to get pizza we where very disappointed on the service we received.

I haven't been here in a while but the waitresses were giving looks infront of people like they had something to say . They also kept walking by without helping us when waiting on them. The food wasn't the best I honestly wish I didn't go here . The pizza dough tasted weird like it wasn't made right. My children didn't like it here they felt uncomfortable with the employees who work here .

Lately restaurants are not posting prices and that is upsetting. My salad was nothing to rave about on taste but the cost of is crazy. Not again Uno, not again. Post your prices on all your menus.

Spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parmesan, wine, a craft ale, and cheesy garlic bread. Tasty. And a helpful server. No waiting - 4:30 PM. Will return to try their pizza.

Brought a parry of 13 in here the other day. Our server was very attentive. Food was great quality. Kids loved the desert.Restaurant was clean and the staff made it a nice dinner for our family.
As someone who used to visit here frequently, i could tell immediately when i visited this time that things were going downhill. The place was so dirty from the sticky tables to the hair in the bathroom sink and the overall given-up feel i got from the servers. The servers were too busy talking to care to take our order or tend to their tables. Disappointed.

I wasn't impressed with our service at Uno Pizzeria. We came for a quick drink at the bar after shopping at the mall. When we first sat down the bartender didn't acknowledge us for a few minutes, after walking past us a few times. It wasn't too busy,quite empty actually. Our drinks were empty for a good bit of time before we were able to get her attention for another. We eventually ordered a individual pizza, pepperoni. It was not the best tasting pizza I've had but definitely not the worst. Overall, I don't think I would go back.

Food and service was good. However, handicap elevator was not working. Made it difficult to get into the restaurant. Had to go outside and use street entrance.

Decent pizza, really bad service. Took very long to place an order and then took long to get the bill and boxes for our food. Server also gave me the wrong beverage twice and the restaurant itself was pretty dirty. The floor was littered with napkins, crayons, and sticky spots. The food was decent post-mall trip but I probably would not come here again.
