This 5 star review is for their Taiwanese sausages! I haven't tried enough from vivi bubble tea to rate them overall (though I was quite pleased with my mango smoothie with tapioca boba) but I've now ordered the Taiwanese sausage twice and it is addictively delicious! I tried it because vivi is frequently featured as a doubledash option on doordash and I'm so glad I did! I can't wait to try their takoyaki as well. This place might specialize in drink, but don't sleep on their food-it is really good! Also, a small but nice little detail that shows me they really care about their customers-my food had my name beautifully and neatly written on it and spelled correctly, which is rare! Most places misspell my name lol. It's little things like this that show me they really put love into what they do. I would highly recommend this place and I love that in my location it is very frequently a double dash option so I can add their food/drinks with no extra fee. I will definitely keep ordering from here and look forward to trying more items from vivi! I rarely give 5 star reviews but I felt it was only fair given how delicious their Taiwanese sausage is, and how I haven't had a single disappointing order from them.

popcorn chicken is suprisingly good and we all love the M1 mango slush. ??? I passed by to try the Yangzhi Manlu smoothie, but later I discovered that there was also salted crispy chicken, octopus balls, and Taiwanese sausage. All three are good, the salt crispy chicken is the most recommended. Authentic Taiwanese taste?

We passed by quite a few different vivi bubble tea during a hot sunny weekend in Boston over labor day weekend. Vivi quenches our thirst and hit the spot. Hubby is not into boba, but enjoys a fruit tea with bubbles, lychee jelly, and aloe jelly. It ends up being almost $10 but hey when you're on vacay gotta splurge a little bit. It's too bad we found out about Vivi now that the SGV location is closed. Hope they will open more branches in LA soon!

Had their Pinapple Mango Jelly Tea. They were generous with the jelly, but it did not have a lot of flavor. Ice and sweetness are fixed as they blend it. It met my needs, but was strange to hear it was fixed. It was nice to not have to order by Kiosk.

The Taro flavor bubble tea tastes weird, and the color is off too, more of brownish. However the server insisted that it is what it supposed to be. Definitely will not come back for the drink.

It was our first time here and probably the last. The customer service from the employees was HORRIBLE, just nonexistent! They didn’t say anything to us when we walked in and just stared at us when we were reading the menu. I told her that it was our first time here so I apologized for taking a minute. When I ordered, she asked if I wanted to add anything to the drink so I asked what flavor of boba they had and this girl literally pointed up to the menu without a word for me to read them instead of taking two seconds to tell me. The menu has tiny writing so it took me a while to find where the flavors were. We were also harassed by a homeless man outside the store on the way in and on the way out.

Got the flaming brown sugar milk tea . Second time trying boba tea overall and it was pretty good. I give it 7/10. Trying it out on a rainy day definitely made my day better.

I enjoy their boba but they raised their prices so I don’t go as frequent as before. Also because there’s better boba for cheaper out there

They raised their prices. An Oreo Crème Brûlée now costs $8.5. I remember only a year or two ago it was around $6. The quality is still decent, but it's no longer worth it considering all the new tea shops that opened in the area. $8 can get much better drinks at Ten One, Ceremony, Tiger Sugar or Charuma. If they made it cheaper I'd come back again

Great tasting teas and great variety. I like that you can choose sugar levels

I recently had the opportunity to visit VIVI Bubble Tea, a popular spot for tea and bubble tea in the city. I had to come here because my BF Alex sent me a bookmark, knowing that I love tea and would be interested in trying this place out because of the name =) We ordered a Thai tea slush and a hot milk tea, but unfortunately, the drinks did not live up to their namesake. The Thai tea slush was lacking in flavor and was a bit too icy for my taste, and the hot milk tea was a bit chalky, indicating to me that they use powders rather than fresh ingredients. Overall, I would give VIVI Bubble Tea a 2-star rating. While the drinks were not to my taste, the ambiance of the cafe was cozy and the staff was friendly. However, the long wait times were a bit of a drawback, as I had to wait quite a while for my order to be prepared.

My go-to is the Peach Aloe tea with 30% sugar. My toppings are typically firm and I like the peach flavor, so good :)

Wow are the bubble teas gross. If the server hadn’t been so rude when ordering I might have been able to find out a little bit more before ordering.I wanted to try it anyway and wow, yuck !

Poor service. I ordered less sugar bubble tea. Without asking how much percent, they give me 70%. When I get back to them, they just say 70% is less by default. I hope this place can give customer the opportunity to choose how much is less.

Would give zero stars if I could. The people were beyond rude, which I brushed off bc customer service sucks. But then they made my drink wrong and when I asked them to fix it they rolled their eyes and laughed at me... just not worth it for $9 a drink, I've had better service at McDonald's, save your $.
