Honestly we were hopefully for this place. But after the fifth time. We learned our lesson. It didnt look pretty and the eel was always old. Prices were good. But quality of the food is poor. We have went during the year of Covid and takeout only so I understand problems. But still this isn’t cheap.

This is the one. I'm a sushi fanatic, and I was thoroughly impressed with my order. I had chirashi (assorted sashimi bowl) and every single item was tremendous. Flavors were mild, but textures were king. Sometimes in Japanese food the way a piece of fish feels when you chew it is just as important as the flavor. My chirashi had the best texture I've ever had with sashimi, and I've eaten at some excellent places across the country. Kudos to my chef. And this was delivery! Whether it was rolls, appetizers, or rice. Every single item had a unique twist or something exciting about it. Take the miso salad. The dressing was just a little more savory than the usual. Just enough to make you stop and think how special this meal might be. That's awesome. Even the best places might skimp on the miso salad. Yoo Sushi even cared about that. Prices are also reasonable, given the quality. I rate sushi places on a sliding scale. Basically so long as they're worth what you pay - whether that's cheap buffet rolls or ultra ritzy sashimi - I'm happy. My meal was honestly under-priced. It was too good. I want to go to this chef, slap down a wad of cash, and tell them to surprise me. Maybe that's what I'll do for my birthday.

My go to is the steamed pork Gyoza and the Dancing Dragon roll. The crab Rangoon is good too.

Absolutely love this place, so underrated but they're sushi is PERFECT every time and so well prepared/presented. I also highly reccomend the spring rolls, we get them as a side every time and they're so good.

Love yo sushi but lately they have been slackin, got my California roll the other night and it was super warm and just did not taste good , a few hours later i got very sick and i dont get sick easily

Food is basic here but way over-priced. If you look up their previous Board of Health inspection reviews for the past several years, like I did... You'll probably NEVER eat at Yoo Sushi again! In Canada, if a business falls below a certain grade, they are closed down, a fine must be paid and changes need to be documented in order for it to be reopened. In America, a fine is paid but no one cares that this business (and many others) has been cited for the same VIOLATIONS over & over again. Unwashed hands, unsafe food practices, food buckets left in the hot sun with once fresh ingredients inside them- the list goes on. Do your own research!

Unfortunately unable to sit down inside thanks to the pandemic. But my sushi was amazing! Some of the best I've had in a while. If you're nearby, order ahead and give it a try.
Yikes...I had high hopes for this place based on reviews but after trying it twice definitely will not be returning. The fish smells very fishy and not fresh or quality. Additionally, the menu was wrong. I ordered summer roll, naruto, and angel roll. The summer roll and naruto both said they contained eel, but neither did! Felt like I was ripped off and my stomach felt slightly weird after eating here. I would definitely avoid the sushi/fish here.

Great prices for the quality of fish. Delivery came really fast and was very fresh! Their website is easy to navigate and order what items you want. I also have to commend them for the very large menu with everything you could want. Will get delivery again for sure.

I love this place for sushi! Excellent spicy salmon avocado roll & spider roll. Fresh and delicious. Perfect order via delivery. All food was extremely tasty! Highly recommend.

Yoo Sushi is always reliable and fast. They provide local delivery and they are so fast! My favorite dish is their Sushi Pizza which sounds so strange but is so delicious! I love having a sushi and Asian restaurant in the neighborhood and hope that others in Elmhurst will support them!
